Armenia deported a Chechen man who traveled to Yerevan to threaten his daughter with murder. The man was detained and issued a no-contact order. The girl is now safe. Armenia's authorities explicitly referenced Aishat Baymuradova's case as a reason for swift action.

Rights defenders filed a complaint with Georgia's Prosecutor General demanding investigation into Aliya Ozdamirova's forced removal from Georgia to Russia and murder. Aliya fled Chechnya, intercepted by her uncle, taken to Russia on Nov 9, and killed. Investigation is underway.

The "LGBT propaganda" law is so vague and broad that even criticizing queer people can get you fined. Repressive laws often rely on vagueness to maximize control, and supporting repression doesn't guarantee immunity from it.

Vladimir Sugakov, 66, posted videos mocking Pride events and homophobic rants on VKontakte. Police took screenshots, and a court issued a fine – no hearing, no context. Sugakov is openly pro-war and holds conservative views. Now, the system he supported has turned on him.

A Russian court just fined a homophobic pensioner under the "LGBT propaganda" law – for posting queerphobic content. Yes, you read that right. Russia's anti-LGBTQ+ law was used to punish someone for attacking queer people. The absurdity is the point.
