So Koreans should only do traditional Korean music? Should non-black people in the west stop making rap, house, rock, r&b, and other music because its from black people? We should learn only opera and classical music? Yodeling?
alexis@FearsPosting

@flipthattt Not even just pink, kpop is basically entirely just. Ripped from black culture entirely

@gimhyej81356944 @NnosummerL there is no “who started it first” bringing up crimes that have no relation to conversation is meaningless. Like I can bring up the Korean woman who shot the 12yo Black girl in the back of the head because she thought she was stealing a juice while trying to pay

저기 혹시... 케이팝에서 N-단어를 쓴 사례를 주실 수 있나요? 설마 한국의 '너가' 의 발음이 비슷하다고 그걸 전부 인종차별이라 생각한건 아니죠?

@sfxsav @Somedumbslime_ @mikromangorine @NnosummerL you’re being dense on purpose. Using a slur within the oppressed community is common but once outside it still is a slur. just like if a Korean grabs the side of their eyes to slant them VS. a White person grabbing the side of their eyes to slant them to look asian.

@Somedumbslime_ @mikromangorine @NnosummerL Then black singers should put a disclaimer on their song description or something saying no-one else is allowed to cover their song other than black people

Ex) 내가 [nae-ga] /뜻 : i 너가 [neo-ga] / 뜻 : you 네가 [nee-ga] / 뜻 : you 등등 n-word 와 발음이 비슷한 한국어가 꽤 있지만, 당연히 평상시 대화나 kpop에서는 한국어의 뜻으로 씁니다. 절대 n-word로 쓰지 않습니다. 애초에 한국에서도 흑인비하용어를 쓰면 비판받는데 무슨...

@jumingju95 @MiaYung86155 @skpEazy @Lotuswhale613 you seem to be spiraling so here… you need to relax it’s, if people are trying to steal a portion of culture and sell it off as something they created of course the creators are going to be upset.

@skins_ep if you’re going to keep throwing American Music history at me make sure you know who also “inspired” all the white artists you mentioned. many of them were given these sounds because white people in America didn’t want to listen to black people.

@ndf7mv Just because I speak about K-pop doesn't mean it becomes "our" culture. I hope you guys like your own R&B more and take more pride in your own culture! If you look closely, your culture probably has many strengths too!

@skins_ep if I took Arrirang remixed it and then called it my culture i would be stealing something from your culture. you can sing the genre but recognize it’s roots. Stop coaching your AI assistant to feed you the answers you want.

@skins_ep “free teen pop” is not a music genre and if it’s being credited to the United States pop scene in the 1950s they’re probably talking about Doo Wap or Rock & Roll. Both Black American created genres.

@hrmkwtkatjtjtso @poevsy again thats because of the expansion of new generation pop and even in your own country there is stigma around kpop but usually Big Bang is ok, why? either way theres still an origin that can be claimed

@Sicavirus1 @jPfJqXCAIem1cHv that has more to do with the generational shift of pop…for example there’s a difference between the vibes of these songs but both are copies of an original sound belonging to black Americans
