In my town ,Zulu drug runners are killing owners of rehabilitation centers, bus driver who take them kids to rehab, and everyone who wants to quit smoking. @sta42381 @BalisoMlamli It’s probably values, culture and practices. What South Africans view as a generally good practice/ conduct, the Malawian for example might see it differently because were raised differently. They also sell themselves cheap, bringing down the price of labour.
