Citizens United was decided correctly according to the law, according to natural law and natural right, and according to just fundamental morality and ethics.
I've met very few people who are against Citizens United who have their facts straight.

The race of the doctor is irrelevant. Their decision making ability and skill in healing and curing disease is the only thing that matters. We are going to make DEI illegal in Texas medical education in 2027.

Yale School of Medicine Has a total of 553 students across All four classes. Total Black students: 44. That’s ~10 per class. Total Asian students: 157. That’s ~40 per class. There are nearly as many Asian students PER CLASS as there are Black students in the entire school. Black: 14% of America. Only 7% of Yale Med Asian: 7% of America. 28% of Yale Med. It seems to be the Democratic Party's position that executive agencies should be independent, even though they are created as part of the Executive Branch, but that an entire actual branch of government, the judiciary, should not be independent.

If a Republican were to say these things, the press would excoriate them. But when a Democrat does it, the press treats it as legitimate because the press is on the same side. Anything that goes against Democrat desires is cheating and must be stopped.
