Just a PSA we use Delve. Delve does EXACTLY what EVERY other company in this space does, they provide a checklist and help you automate your compliance. WE are still responsible for our security. Not Delve. This industry is shady AF and this anon is 100% a competitor 🫡

A detailed and brutal look at the tactics of buzzy AI compliance startup Delve "Delve built a machine designed to make clients complicit without their knowledge, to manufacture plausible deniability while producing exactly the opposite." substack.com/home/post/p-19…

This home just closed for 3.816M in the lower Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland! This might be the highest sale ever closed in this neighborhood or at least the highest one I can recall. It is also a new construction and nearly 5k sq/ft but interesting seeing the neighborhood reach new heights right now!

@jonathannen I'm about a week behind the SOTA - still on Cursor. Still plenty of time in the Claude desktop app but again the perf issues are killing me. Will check out Warp and Slalom

@nedwin What are you using? I've got a custom harness which I might write about one of these days. - Kick off a lot of parallel stuff in Desktop. - Push as far as I can in Desktop. - Jump into Slalom and close out. Agree Desktop is painful/buggy, but improving.

At Eucalyptus we've learned this lesson every day for seven years, and I expect to continue to learn it every day for the next decade as Hims&Hers makes it simple for hundreds of millions of people around the world to improve their health.

We're joining @wearehims to build the world's great preventative health business. What I think separates @AndrewDudum and his team from the endless list of businesses pursuing this, is the understanding and ability to serve the average person.

My dad (70yo) is about to ship his first ever website, then probably automate everything for the charity he supports. The big essay this week finally convinced him to try Claude. Slowly, then all at once.

Claude Code / Cursor has been a massive unlock as a non-technical founder: producing everything from leveling up our integration docs, boosting our sales playbook, automating investor update creation...

@jessethanley @tan_stack @nextjs @vercel Incredible stuff, thanks. Interesting notes on Codex in Cursor vs Claude Code - especially when I see you've been leaning into OpenCode. Clearly I need to better understand the nuance in use cases between these things...

@jessethanley Curious what your website stack is these days. We're on Webflow but it's painful, and in the world of Claude Code etc would love to make it easier for more of the team to deply to make changes, and take advantage of a more AI native tool chain. Any thoughts here?

I'm sure it's been said before but the rise of AI superpowers at the same time as the proliferation of medical meth + testosterone is such a wild combination for human evolution.
