Smart Meter Injustice! Electricity cut off despite (-) minus bill and due date being April 20th. Even after recharging as per helpline instructions, power hasn't been restored for hours. Parents are suffering without light.

@JioCare They don’t tell you all this at the time of installation, and why is it showing from 1st January? I had paid for 2 months—according to that, the bill should have been adjusted.
I got a Jio Fiber connection(+91 5473596411) installed on 25th November 2025 and I paid ₹1200 for 2 months. But on 1st February 2026, I am seeing a bill of ₹724 for the month of January. I don’t understand how this bill has been generated @JioCare@reliancejio
