I love watching @EverydaySpy on his podcast appearances but this idea that ABCD’s (American born confused Desi’s) are “India first” is false. I love the homeland of my parents, but I’m an American. youtu.be/1P1ly_hF1sA?si…

Elon Musk @elonmusk shows how his companies work for the benefit of humanity: "SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, and The Boring Company are philanthropy. If you say philanthropy is love of humanity, they are philanthropy. Tesla is accelerating sustainable energy; this is philanthropy. SpaceX is trying to ensure the long-term survival of humanity as a multiplanet species; this is the love of humanity. Neuralink is here to help solve brain injuries and existential risk with AI–love of humanity. The Boring Company is trying to solve traffic, which is hell for most people, that also is a love of humanity. If you care about the reality of goodness instead of the perception of it, philanthropy is extremely difficult.

The NYC mayoral election is a slow-moving, soon-to-be-accelerating train wreck. With @andrewcuomo and @ericadamsfornyc both still in the race and apparently planning to stay in the race until the end, @ZohranKMamdani is a near certain winner. Mayor Adams or Cuomo can win the election, but not if it is a three- or four-way race. The only path to victory is for one of them to step aside and it needs to happen soon. If Adams and Cuomo truly care about our great city, they should sit down and work it out, and they need to do it now. Socialism will be the death knell for NYC. That will be both Andrew’s and Eric’s legacy if they put their self interest and egos above what is best for the city. NYC will look very kindly on the candidate that steps aside and helps the other win to save the city. That will be a very important part of their legacy. In the alternative, they will both be responsible for a socialist takeover of the city, the lives lost from the increase in crime, the economic destruction and unemployment, and the inspiration a Mamdani win will inspire for Socialist candidates around the country. This is a really important election for the future of the city and the country. On the path Eric, Andrew and we are on, we are handing NYC to Mamdani. Wake up New York City!

JUST IN: American Eagle refuses to apologize in a new statement posted to Instagram after receiving backlash for their Sydney Sweeney ad. The new statement is already being met with more backlash from angered liberals. “‘Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans’ is and always was about the jeans. Her jeans. Her story.” “We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone.”

David Friedberg Breaks Down Zohran Mamdani's Win in NYC: The College Debt Crisis Has Led Young People to Socialism "It's really a revolution against the system that brought them to this moment." "Because the promise that we gave in America, the American Dream, was if you go to college, you will graduate, you will have income, you will have stability, you'll be able to buy a home." "And what we did is we increased the government's role in making that dream possible, and in doing so, we created effectively a system where we gave unrestricted access to capital, which inflated the cost of education." " People could go to school like Zohran and major in African studies and graduate with $200-300K of debt and then never get a job. The guy has not had a real job. And this is the truth for 32 million young Americans." " They all have what is called negative capital. They have debt and they will never be able to get out of that cycle." "So where do you turn in that moment? You don't go turn to corporations to solve your problems. You don't go turn to your friends and your siblings and your family, they're not gonna bail you out." "You turn to the voting booth, and you hear a guy like Zohran show up and say, 'There can be a better path forward.'  The better path forward is the government can and should do more to help." "And in doing more to help, we will increase government, we will tax the rich, we will tax the corporations. We will take all of that capital and we will redistribute it in the form of services and checks and support for all of the people that find themselves unable to take care of themselves."  "And this becomes a tipping point when the majority of the voter base ends up in that situation where they're that deeply in need, where they have negative capital." "And that is the situation America finds itself in today."

“abolish capitalism!” cool. who grows the food??? no seriously—who’s out there at dawn breaking their back in the dirt, fixing broken irrigation lines, replacing a tractor axle in 110° heat—for free? because you think profit is mean? who mines the lithium for your laptop, the cobalt for your EV battery, the iron for your train rails? who refines it? who ships it? who builds the ships? who insures them when they catch fire in the middle of the ocean? who unloads the containers at the port? who drives the truck across 4 states? who services the diesel engine at the roadside stop in Nebraska when it breaks at 3am? who keeps track of inventory, repairs the refrigeration system, updates the software, cleans the floors, builds the shelves, trains the workers, manages the risk, pays the legal fees, replaces the lightbulbs, handles the theft, the overtime, the breakdowns, the lawsuits? who coordinates all of this across time zones and continents without profit? you think the whole supply chain is just gonna keep running because everyone suddenly caught a case of the warm fuzzies??? you think people are going to wake up and go do hard, thankless, physical labor for vibes? capitalism doesn’t work because people are good. it works because people are selfish and it figured out how to harness that into infrastructure. it’s the only system that survives human nature without needing to rewrite it you kill profit, you kill production. you kill production, you kill logistics. you kill logistics, and suddenly it’s day four of your anti-capitalist utopia and the shelves are empty, the power’s out, the pharmacy’s closed, and nobody knows how to fix a fucking thing anti-capitalism isn’t a philosophy. it’s a death wish dressed up as a virtue signal it’s the aesthetic of rebellion powered by an iPhone, subsidized by Uber Eats, and resting on 400 years of industrial infrastructure you take for granted because you’ve never built a single useful thing in your life you’re not oppressed. you’re just ungrateful and the second you get your little no-profit revolution, you’ll find out exactly how long society runs on vibes: about three days, give or take—then the generators fail and you’re boiling rainwater so you can heat up your shitty powdered food

Zohran Mamdani hates merit and wants to burn down the one way Asian American underprivileged students can get ahead: by testing into schools like Stuy or his own high school, Bronx Science Talk about pulling up the ladder. The hard left is ruining America.
Asian Wave Alliance@Asianwave_org

“I support measures to integrate our public schools and fully fund our education system, including the abolition of the SHSAT.” And Mamdani’s favorite mayor was de Blasio. Nuff said. nypost.com/2025/06/21/us-…

I would measure how much wealth Musk created that never existed before. Then I'd calculate what percentage of that wealth he kept. Then I'd figure out what percentage of it he spent on his own lifestyle versus paid in taxes. Then I'd calculate the incomes of the employees of his companies and their impact on the economy. Then I'd look at the societal benefits of his companies because it's not all about cash. Then I'd compare to the benefits Bernie Sanders brought to America. (Mostly complaining.)
Bernie Sanders@BernieSanders

U.S. Oligarchy - 2025: Elon Musk owns as much wealth as the bottom 53% of U.S households. The top 1% own more wealth than the bottom 90%. Real weekly wages are $30 lower than 52 years ago. 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Yes. We can do better than that.
