Dallas Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland Runs From State Trooper In Hellcat On 11/5/25 at approximately 10:33PM, Trooper Preston Hagaman advised over the radio that a black Charger was driving at a high rate of speed on the northbound Dallas North Tollway (DNT) near Keller Springs Blvd. Full Video: youtu.be/-tC9y2WpTn4?si… 2. I observed the Charger driving at high rate of speed near DNT and Frankford Rd. I began following the vehicle where I observed it make several unsafe lane changes as it passed vehicles on the tollway. I continued following the Charger and observed it reach speeds higher than 145 miles per hour. The Charger rapidly took the exit for Headquarters Drive. The Charger accelerated rapidly through an intersection, and I initiated pursuit using my lights and siren. The Charger failed to yield to my lights and siren. The Charger continued northbound back onto the DNT where I lost visual near Lebanon Road. I terminated pursuit and requested that North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) dispatch attempt to locate the Charger using surveillance cameras. The Charger was located traveling southbound on the Dallas Parkway where it struck another vehicle, lost control, and crashed in a grass field at Dallas Parkway and Warren Parkway. The driver fled the scene on foot south towards several businesses. The registered owner of the Charger was identified as Marshawn Kneeland. An empty holster was found in the suspect vehicle leading officers to believe the suspect was possibly armed. 3. A perimeter was established between TX DPS Troopers and Frisco Police Department (PD). A search utilizing a Frisco K-9, drone, and TX DPS Aircraft followed. A separate white Buick vehicle registered to Kneeland was observed in the area and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was identified as the Kneeland's girlfriend and was detained by Frisco PD. Kneeland's phone location was pinged by Plano Police Department and it showed to be the area of the search. 4. After several hours, TX DPS Aircraft identified a portable toilet emitting a heat signature and pool of blood leaking from the portable toilet. Frisco PD officers searched the toilet and found the suspect deceased with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The suspect was identified as Marshawn Kneeland (DOB: 07/08/2001). 5. TX DPS Troopers conducted the crash investigation (see attached). Frisco PD conducted the death investigation (reference report # #25132874). Public Information Officers (PIO) for Frisco PD and TX DPS were contacted and responded to the scene where they met with representatives from the Dallas Cowboys organization. End of report.
