@airtelindia Airtel black services are really bad and complains are never closed by them. It is big mess to convert the plan into airtel Black. As promised by them to having a dedicated team of relationship ship managet is just words and it services are not upto the mark.

@RenaultIndia it is really disheartening to inform you that new customer services for renault is completely unprofessional. Dealers are too late back in responding to customer queries or they show soo much lethargy in showing demo cars that customer loses interest to buy.
