I'm working from a WeWork today. I've been in dance clubs that are less loud. How does anyone get anything done in these spaces?

No. The idea, theme and structure was all my own. I built all the tables through Grok prompts - and then edited them down for clarity; I then tasked Grok on how to connect the tables to each other, and the contents and focus of each paragraph; once Grok had done that I edited the results and made substantial changes. So Grok was certainly my main research fellow, but I wrote is as much as any paper I have ever written using human assistants; only this time I used an AI assistant.
