Nearly under 8:00/mile on longer runs now. Next goal is a sub-24-minute 5K. If I can hit that, I'll beat the time I set in 2020, back when I weighed 30 pounds less than I do now 😎

@TomFrankly What tool do you use to design your thumbnails?

I designed 9 thumbnails for my latest video. Some are tweaks on the same concept, while others are completely new ideas. The best thumbnail IMO (bottom-right) was an idea that wasn't even in my head when I started designing.

In eligible homes where all adults work 16+hrs. Plan is 30hrs childcare a week in Eng for 9mths to school age (Eng only, but funds to other UK nations). It'll be phased -April 24, 2yr olds 15hr/wk -Sept 24 all 9mths-3yr 15hrs/wk -Sept 25 all 9mth to school 30hrs/wk #budget2023

One thing I didn't think through when starting the free plan: Users are probably incentivized to stay on the free plan till they launch their site. So that could very likely make the time of going from free to paid longer than 7 days.
