@stevegreenblatt Yet a software dev doesn’t have troubleshooting in their 🧰 toolset. We often see our programmers doing the troubleshooting and depending on what they find they create an issue which is the. Debugged by the developers or resolved by firmware change etc .

I believe there is no more important skill for a programmer than troubleshooting. #AVinTheAM #AskTheProgrammer
