I’ve now been exercising for 51 years, and lifting weights for 46 I’ve trained heavy and hard the entire time It is important to hit high intensities with decent frequency, but the volume has to not be high at intensity The low easy stuff is important as well but intensity is where you keep your capacity high

It’s improved in every single one of those metrics. Last cycle $ETH did a 60x from the bottom. If it were to do the same this cycle it would hit $50k. CT has convinced you it’s not possible, but $20-25k is way more plausible than you think.
