@LeShuttle_Help Update eventually came and a few lanes have moved but no fairness. Plenty of queue jumping. Now more than 6 hours since we checked in and no realistic idea when we get on the train

@easyJet Are you going to accept retrospective cancellations with tax refunds for no shows since we are currently unable to cancel our flights through any channel
@easyJet Since the normal mechanisms for cancelling flights do not work with the current load, please just make cancellation available from the mybookings page
