Good one. Until you japa to America and your first city of call is New Orleans 🤣🤣🤣😂. You go dodge potholes for street tire plus sometimes you go hear generator noise that last for few hours When you take pictures, people will think you’re still in Nigeria 🤣🤣🤣
Oluwatoyin Ann Andrew@AnnSogunro

Four years ago today, I left the shores of Nigeria, and I have never looked back. It remains the best decision of my life—for myself, my family, and the generations to come. ✅ 4 years of no power interruptions. ✅ 4 years of no generator noise shaking the walls. ✅ 4 years of not struggling to feed or calculating every meal. ✅ 4 years of eating whatever I want—so long as I can afford it, not because prices skyrocket overnight. ✅ 4 years of not spending my hard-earned money in the hospital due to preventable illnesses. ✅ 4 years of walking into a hospital and not paying a dime—because healthcare is a right, not a privilege. ✅ 4 years of free schooling for my children—no need for school fees, PTA levies, or “registration charges.” ✅ 4 years of not paying school fees for my children’s education. ✅ 4 years of not praying against a landlord’s wahala. ✅ 4 years of good landlords—no sudden rent hikes, no harassment, no unfair evictions. ✅ 4 years of not paying agents multiple times for the same house. ✅ 4 years of good roads—no endless potholes, no floods swallowing cars. ✅ 4 years of not sitting in traffic for hours just to move a few miles. ✅ 4 years of not dreading fuel scarcity periods. ✅ 4 years of employers who pay salaries on time—no stories, no excuses, no begging for what I’ve worked for. ✅ 4 years of working where my efforts are valued, not where connections matter more than competence. ✅ 4 years of sleeping with peace of mind—no need for burglary-proof barriers everywhere, no fear of midnight robberies. ✅ 4 years of not bribing someone for things that should be my right. ✅ 4 years of living in a system that works. ✅ 4 years of knowing that my hustle will actually pay off. ✅ 4 years of watching my children grow with real opportunities ahead of them. It hasn’t been easy—the sacrifices, the uncertainties, the moments of doubt—but every challenge has been worth it because today, I stand stronger, freer, and more assured of my future. I left for a better life, and indeed, I found it. Copied

You weird bigots 🤦🏾‍♂️. Your guy is the president, he’s destroyed the country. Your people hold the juiciest positions in government; when a Yoruba person leaves a post, another Yoruba person replaces him. Why do you still talk like you’re marginalized and disadvantaged? What do you want?

This message is for Yoruba people. It’s the reason why the ibos have started intensifying their attack on our heritage lately.

@Sodiumhydrate_ @Mayoveli The people you claim that are attacking yoruba do so with words. However, the fulanis are literally killing your people in Osun and Ondo but y’all won’t repel them 😂 Cowards

You don’t have any sense who is talking about presidency here. You people would act like you don’t see the attacks against Yorubas until Yorubas decide to strategize and repel the attacks then you shout bigots. You are very stupid. Is it presidency that made some fools say Lagos is not yorubaland? Or the fools that are saying anyone should be able to govern Lagos but when sides are switched they don’t want Fulanis in their lands at all talk more of governing them. Olopolo yoro

@Sodiumhydrate_ @Mayoveli See the irrelevant thing you are worried about. Your people are killed and kidnapped by the fulani's but you don't see it as an attack but an Igbo man saying he has equal rights to vote and have business in Lagos he was born in, is a problem.

During Holy Week, Islamists: >massacred hundreds of Christians in Nigeria >raided Christian villages in Syria, brutally beating people and burning houses & businesses to the ground >drove a truck into a crowd of Christian worshippers in Pakistan >set fire to multiple churches

You fled your country because political Shariah was crushing you. No freedom. Women forced to cover up or get arrested. Criticize the government? Straight to jail. A Christian nation opened its doors and gave you the liberty your oppressive Shariah never allowed. Now you’re demanding Shariah THERE, in another man’s land? That’s not just absurd… it’s straight-up hypocrisy. If you love Shariah so much, why didn’t you stay in Afghanistan, Pakistan or Iraq? Go back. Stop trying to turn their home into the hell you ran from.
