So annoyed to find out when I got to the @sciencemuseum @IMAX Ronson Theatre, that my seats were not the ones at the very back but the ones at the very front. An indication on the location of the screen on the booking website would be much appreciated.

@British_Airways The day before it showed all the avios from 2023 and today it’s only showing the ones from December and January when it should show the ones from the whole past year since the promotion should still be running. Thanks

@British_Airways Balance booster to multiply Avios from 2023 should be still working today till 23:59 according to T&Cs and it’s not!!
