Fix support.
You should fix your humans hallucinating too.
I've spent more than 2 weeks trying to get an answer, and your support does not respond to the actual issue, and instead tries to upsell me on a plan I already have. They don't know what plan I'm on or what I paid.
You charged too much and underdelivered, and no one will respond, and it's very frustrating to be ignored for almost 3 weeks.

what should we do in the next 3 months?
Andrew Ambrosino@ajambrosino
the Codex app turns 3 (months old) today. they grow up so fast
English

@ajambrosino Can you try getting support working?
waiting 2 weeks for answers, and then I'm being met with people ignoring/not reading my issue fully, who doesn't understand what plan I'm on, how much I paid, and then proceeds to try to upsell me on something I'm already on 🙂

@sama Let me guess. We get this?:

The new Codex avatars coming soon are fun. It's real, it's not third party.

@shiri_shh Did you guys forget that in the new image model it will also do a search online for references before generating the image?
So it might not have been trained on it, but just looked it up 🙂

Cursor is Elon's first purchase, which is a huge mistake.
A coding agent harness is now open source (see Codex and Claude Code). The current design works virtually perfectly, so there's no need for a fundamentally new design.
One can say that agentic coding is solved.
One might argue that he bought Cursor for users, but users, as we know, switch between coding IDEs frictionlessly, so it's not like Twitter, where you cannot leave without losing followers.
Cursor is an emperor with no clothes. A shell without substance. You only know it exists because it's been there before most others.

@bentossell yes I did a month ago, while I was away. had it set a loop as well to check on codex and keep it going.
now I found a better solution though.

@ajambrosino @robinebers Then people will ask for auto-complete, syntax checks and soon you’re building VS Code
English

@ajambrosino Can we expect more contributions from Jony's team around the Codex experience? 👀

Confirmed that Claude Code got dumber, not Claude. They shipped slop and it made the models worse.

ClaudeDevs@ClaudeDevs
Over the past month, some of you reported Claude Code's quality had slipped. We investigated, and published a post-mortem on the three issues we found. All are fixed in v2.1.116+ and we’ve reset usage limits for all subscribers.

@iruletheworldmo @_lopopolo well they seem to be hinting at that the model can see? 👀

AI can imitate taste. It can't invent it.
Models look backward. Humans look forward.
Thanks to Vogue for the conversation on AI, taste, and what humans still do better than machines.

OpenAI has updated codex model list so gpt-5.4 no longer says “latest frontier”

EternalTwilight@eternal_twil
@JasonBotterill github.com/openai/codex/c… gearing up indeed
English

@_apoorvjha So I guess the model can see, with all the eyes your team is dropping everywhere? 👀
English

So I guess that the eyes the OpenAI team are dropping everywhere means the model can see?
Right @thsottiaux @gdb? 👀

New problem tomorrow at 11am PT. AI can't solve this one.

For no reason in particular, I made my first crypto challenge. I will pay $1,000 to whoever solves it first. Winner is whoever gets the answer into my DMs first.
