Con este video termina un viaje increíble, un viaje que ni mucho menos pensaba vivir hasta los 39 años como jugador profesional de BALONCESTO. Me RETIRO con la sensación de haber sido un jugador comprometido con cada equipo o club en el que he estado. Nunca soñé con volar tan rápido, ni tan alto y competir de tú a tú contra quien tuviera delante. Os echaré de menos en la pista, pero ahora me toca construir un nuevo camino y estar más que nunca con mi familia. Eso si, continuaré disfrutando de este maravilloso deporte, siempre. Gracias a todos por volar a mi lado.

@AdamMGrant I think it's a combination of both, with different % depending on mastery levels. Some students require a lot of effort to reach the combination of someone else who needs less effort. And for some unfortunately, no matter how much effort, they can't reach it.

I’m seeing a growing number of students complain: “My grade doesn’t reflect the effort I put into the course.” Public service announcement: You don’t get an A for effort. You earn it for excellence. Success is measured by the level of mastery you show, not how hard you work.
