My brother literally codes and is on calls with our devs for 10 hours. Then sleeps 4 hours and repeats.
Meanwhile me - shoot a video, scroll x, do some calls with investors, talk with future clients on discord - sleep 12 hours. Thank god he is on my team 😁

@Yajush_who i use discord on my mac, and there is this compass symbol. just tap on that, and you should find curated section of communities. the math communities will have folks who are running such niche communities for data science.

I'm done with VC's, accelerators, YC, etc. No more applications or calls with them. It's a waste of time and effort. The only thing matters now is to onboard my first paying customer for kyradb.com

the most common dev mistake i see founders make in 2026.
they hire someone, the first week looks great, standups are clean, commits are coming in, everything feels like it's moving.
then you actually look at the code.
there's no error handling, not a single comment, logic that works until it doesn't, and underneath all of it, you realise it was never really written. it was generated, pasted, and shipped.
ai-assisted code isn't the problem. ai-dependent code with no understanding behind it is.
the output can look identical. the difference only shows up when something breaks in production at 2am and the person who wrote it has no idea where to start.
if you're hiring dev talent right now, don't just review what they ship. ask them to explain it. the gap shows up immediately.

@yashhq_22 Distribution starts on day one or it starts too late. Customer conversations, beta users, demos - they are all distribution. Don't mistake distribution for marketing.
