myth: if your saas isn’t growing, the product is the problem. reality: most founders don’t have a product problem. they have a distribution problem. your customers are already: → complaining on Reddit, → asking on X, → searching for alternatives. use it to your advantage.

One of the hardest parts of building a product isn’t coding. It’s figuring out whether people actually care about what you’re building. I remember talking to users, taking notes everywhere, bookmarking messages, saving screenshots, creating docs I never reopened. Everyone said listen to your users. Nobody explained how chaotic that process becomes when feedback starts coming from everywhere. That frustration slowly turned into Feedovate. Day 12/100 of building in public. → secured some unauthenticated API endpoints → spent some time exploring vercel ai sdk (this thing is wild) → switched tabs to study for the pu entrance exam balancing the backend engineering with exam prep is a wild grind lol. happy friday guys 🛠️
