No more H-1B’s for companies doing layoffs is as popular as the SAVE Act. 80-20 issue. But no. We can’t get that. Best Congress can do is another Middle East war.

"Cloudflare. 1100 employees laid off from US offices. 1100 Indian H1B petitions filed. Microsoft. 15,000 employees laid off from US offices. 15,000 Indian H1B petitions filed. LinkedIn. 900 employees laid off from US offices. 900 Indian H1B petitions filed."

ChudTheBuilder shot a man who attacked him outside a courthouse in Clarksville & accidentally grazed himself in the process. Before it escalated, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out” the man then walked up & sucker punched him. It is unclear if the man survived.

Have Indians actually created any major US companies?? It seems like they only invade established entities; the more assimilated Indian managers run them in accordance with technocratic norms; more recent immigrants just run them as an extended family welfare/bust out schemes

@OlmecSkull One to rule em all. Indians are doing/achieving in decades for what Wasps/Jews took centuries. This has been the natural order for 95% of the last 3000 years. None of you lowborns are even comparable.

@nerdstache_Ed 3D printer is a tool. If you don’t like how a company conducts itself, use another brand. That said, they’re all more similar than people want to admit. You’ll still end up rolling over eventually, just in a different posture.

I usually stay out of 3DP drama, but this is real BS farming. If Rossmann and others truly care about the 3DP community and have money to put, put it into @real_OrcaSlicer Many companies use it like it’s their god-given right. Contribution? A big fat ZERO. (1/4)

Jeff Bezos is seeking $100 billion to put robots into factories. Millions of manufacturing jobs — GONE. Driverless vehicle companies are expanding rapidly. Millions of transportation jobs — truckers, cab drivers, Uber drivers — GONE. We are not ready for what’s coming.

This is a weird case because it’s not about the tomato, they do use tomatoes from San Marzano, Italy, it’s about the implication of an official certification of quality (which they don’t claim on these cans). To me this is more about protecting the people that pay for the certified label and less about the quality of the tomato.

New Jersey-based food manufacturer Cento is committing "tomato fraud," plaintiffs allege in a new lawsuit. What does that mean? #italy #italian #newjersey
