@NespressoUK is it expected to have to wait 30 min on hold (still nobody answering) to just get support for a broken machine (as an Ambassador for 10 years)? Boutique tells me they can't troubleshoot so go online. Live chat points me to this number and nobody answers it. 😔

@NespressoUK paid for next day delivery on a Thursday at 5.30pm . Supposed to deliver my coffee machine on Friday. It didn’t turn up. How do I get my delivery charge refunded ? Not happy.

@NespressoUK Really poor service alert. Advised Amazon Logistics via log in on where to leave package when we were advised of delivery time window. Amazon shipping driver completely ignored and doorstepped (secure place I don’t think so) and to top it off it was raining………

Been with Nespresso for over 1Y, quick&easy. Until last delivery,ordered 8 decaf &2 normal, received 10 decaf. Went to help page,no option for wrong delivery, kept asking do I want to cancel or amend subscription. I tried to speak to an agent no luck!! @NespressoUK
