@NespressoUK is it expected to have to wait 30 min on hold (still nobody answering) to just get support for a broken machine (as an Ambassador for 10 years)?
Boutique tells me they can't troubleshoot so go online.
Live chat points me to this number and nobody answers it.

@British_Airways Thanks a bunch Lucy, just letting you know it's not just me this opinion was shared by everyone who opened their dinner box and saw 90% plain rice. And i've seen this happen again and again on this same Mumbai London route.
It's symptomatic of a larger issue unfortunately

@British_Airways is this supposed to be a reasonable dinner? 90% plain rice and 10% curry?
Third time seeing the same disappointing meal on BA 138 to London. Definitely not a one off - this was proportion of the meal served to all passage (chicken or veg) and on many flights.

wow. The new model from @LumaLabsAI extending images into videos is really something else. I understood intuitively that this would become possible very soon, but it's still something else to see it and think through future iterations of.
