@NespressoUK is it expected to have to wait 30 min on hold (still nobody answering) to just get support for a broken machine (as an Ambassador for 10 years)? Boutique tells me they can't troubleshoot so go online. Live chat points me to this number and nobody answers it. 😔

@British_Airways Thanks a bunch Lucy, just letting you know it's not just me this opinion was shared by everyone who opened their dinner box and saw 90% plain rice. And i've seen this happen again and again on this same Mumbai London route. It's symptomatic of a larger issue unfortunately

@British_Airways is this supposed to be a reasonable dinner? 90% plain rice and 10% curry? Third time seeing the same disappointing meal on BA 138 to London. Definitely not a one off - this was proportion of the meal served to all passage (chicken or veg) and on many flights.

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCgovuk Hi i’ve been trying to get in touch with HMRC to appeal penalties and complex tax code I believe have been incorrectly applied. This is my 4th call today, each call I’ve been waiting an hour after which either the phone or advisor has hung up! Pls help!

@AXS_UK I keep getting “OOPS! IBAN is empty or incorrect” when entering a @NatWest_Help UK bank account and sort code to receive payment from Sold Tickets. Please help I see no troubleshooting options in self help on website.

@TheO2 been weeks since I’ve been trying to get money for tickets I’ve successfully sold for a past event via @TheO2 app managed by @AXS_UK. @TheO2 support bounces me to @AXS_UK who haven’t responded in weeks and there is no way to troubleshoot this online.
