@ighoprice @boohoo This has happened to me. My vouchers went to my junk mail and they were auto deleted. I don’t even have my vouchers now! I’m so annoyed. I’ve got to pay Klarna 130£! Boohoo told me I should’ve been more careful.

If you've experienced a refund to a gift card that you didn't request, zero response to emails or any sort of experience with @boohoo UK Like or add your comments. Worst shopping experience EVER It's like a full AI team!!!

How are @boohoo @boohooMAN allowed to get away with not refunding customers. I categorically did not select gift card, surely this is illegal?! No response back to any complaints or escalations. This is WILD behaviour from them! #boohoo #boohooboycott #boohoocriminals

@dullam_lara @boohoo This has happened to me. No response from them. Klarna told me it’s not their fault and now I am in debt!!!! I’m so angry.

@boohoo I was refunded via gift card without my consent – which I did NOT want. I’ve been trying to contact you for over a week with no response. I’m a regular shopper, yet you take my money and then don’t want to know. Disappointing service. I won’t be shopping with you again.

Is anyone else awaiting a refund from @debenhams. Been waiting weeks, cant speak to anyone and just a string of empty promises when you'll get you're money back? Totally unacceptable. @boohoo

@LisaYidetteWHL @SpezialSSLE4 @boohoo Boohoo have refunded my money to gift cards? I didn’t select this option. I didn’t know this option existed. They are scamming everybody and placing people in financial hardship. Awful. Did this happen to you?

@SpezialSSLE4 @boohoo I also had issues with refunds from both companies. Paypal refunded me in the end. Did you pay through them? Also beware of these 'advisors' asking for your details Most are nothing to do with Boohoo. They are scammers trying to get your info. Normally with very few followers!

Customer Services these days have gone to the Dogs. When did it become acceptable to allow businesses to communicate with you via AI and then think it’s good practice to wait 24 hours to speak with a human? @boohoo you shouldn’t be allowed to trade

@boohoo changing my default refunds to gift card and not letting me know and your customer service saying that I selected this default!!! Nobody is replying on any of your customer service channels. Will be filling a complaint! I’m waiting for a refund for over £400 !!
