@runclepennybags I’ve lived scenarios 1), A), & B): 1) sucked ass, absolutely terrible, some kind of crisis every month… A) was great! If B) seemed weirdly specific— well that’s how I lived in downtown Charleston for like 5 years for between $250-$400 a month and it was INCREDIBLE
