दिल्ली में कूड़े के पहाड़ अब तेजी से खत्म हो रहे हैं। हर दिन 25,000 से 30,000 मीट्रिक टन वेस्ट वैज्ञानिक तरीके से प्रोसेस हो रहा है। अब तक 195 लाख मीट्रिक टन कचरा साफ हो चुका है और 75 एकड़ जमीन रीक्लेम की जा चुकी है। मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती रेखा गुप्ता के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली सरकार ने समयसीमा तय कर दी है। 2026 तक ओखला और भलस्वा, और 2027 तक गाजीपुर के कूड़े के पहाड़ पूरी तरह खत्म किए जाएंगे। #ViksitDelhi

MCD Commissioner Sanjeev Khirwar inspected Karolbagh Zone

MCD Commissioner Shri Sanjeev Khirwar conducted a comprehensive inspection of key locations in the Karol Bagh Zone. During the visit, he inaugurated the Fixed Compactor Transfer Station (FCTS) at Panchkuiyan Road, reaffirming the Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s commitment to enhancing sanitation systems and urban infrastructure. The Commissioner also reviewed the condition of the Dariyayi Drain and the DTC Drain leading to the Naraina Industrial Area. He assessed the progress of legacy waste removal at Naraina Vihar Halt and Zakhira Point, and inspected the MRF Centre at Jakhira. A comprehensive inspection of medical facilities, patient services and overall hospital functioning was carried out during the visit. Poshan kits were also distributed to patients, reinforcing the commitment towards improved nutrition and holistic care for those undergoing treatment. MCD Commissioner Shri Sanjeev Khirwar, along with senior officials, undertook a comprehensive inspection across the Najafgarh and West Zones, reviewing sanitation, infrastructure projects, and veterinary services. In the Najafgarh Zone, the Dog Crematorium, Animal Birth Control Centre, and the proposed dog shelter site were inspected. Directions were issued to expand and strengthen these facilities to improve veterinary services. At Goyla Dairy, the cattle dung processing plant was also reviewed, with firm instructions to expedite its execution and ensure timely completion. In the West Zone, inspections at Raghuvir Nagar (IT-WOW, MRF) and Hastsal focused on enhancing waste management capacity. मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती रेखा गुप्ता की अध्यक्षता में दिल्ली सरकार की कैबिनेट ने राजधानी की 1511 अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने के ऐतिहासिक निर्णय के लिए केंद्र सरकार का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त किया। मंगलवार को दिल्ली सचिवालय में आयोजित बैठक में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी, शहरी विकास मंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल जी सहित केंद्र सरकार के नेतृत्व के प्रति सर्वसम्मति से धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह निर्णय लाखों परिवारों के जीवन में नई आशा और सम्मान लेकर आया है। वित्त वर्ष 2026-27 के बजट में ₹800 करोड़ का विशेष प्रावधान किया गया है, जिससे इन कॉलोनियों के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत किया जाएगा और विकास को गति मिलेगी। @mlkhattar #ViksitDelhi

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी और माननीय केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर जी का दिल्ली की जनता की ओर से आभार। आज का दिन दिल्ली के 45 लाख लोगों के जीवन में राहत, सम्मान और अधिकार का नया अध्याय लेकर आया है। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने वर्षों से अनदेखी इस पीड़ा को समझा, उन परिवारों के सपनों को महसूस किया जो अपने ही घर में रहते हुए भी अधिकार से वंचित थे। इसी संवेदनशील सोच से पीएम उदय योजना का मार्ग बना, और आज 1731 में से 1511 अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के नियमितीकरण का रास्ता साफ हुआ है। 24 अप्रैल से आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी 7 दिन में GIS सर्वे, 15 दिन में आवेदन की कमी दूर करने की प्रक्रिया, और 45 दिन में conveyance deed जारी करने की समयसीमा तय की गई है। केंद्र सरकार और दिल्ली सरकार ने मिलकर इस प्रक्रिया की 22 बड़ी बाधाओं को दूर किया ताकि लाखों परिवारों को उनका हक बिना अटके, लटके, भटके मिल सके। साथ ही, 20 वर्गमीटर तक की छोटी दुकानों को भी शर्तों के साथ नियमित किया जाएगा, जिससे छोटे व्यापारियों को भी राहत मिलेगी। इसके साथ ही, आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के विजनरी सोच के अनुरूप दिल्ली के भविष्य को भी मजबूत किया जा रहा है। Transit Oriented Development (TOD) नीति के तहत मेट्रो और RRTS कॉरिडोर के आसपास 500 मीटर के दायरे में करीब 207 वर्ग किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में प्लांड, हाई-डेंसिटी और मिक्स्ड यूज डेवलपमेंट को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इससे सस्ती आवास व्यवस्था, बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी और आसान जीवन का मार्ग खुलेगा, खासकर गरीब और मध्यम वर्ग के परिवारों के लिए यह एक बड़ा सहारा बनेगा। @mlkhattar #ViksitDelhi
