@jan10947 @elonmusk Nope.. Its $400 for the equipment, and over $100 a month. I'd be using it, if it were more around $50 a month.

@elonmusk Can people in rural areas afford Starlink. Is it cheaper than regular cable companies. I remember the day I paid $30.00 for internet it is now $115.00 without the cable TV. Seniors cannot afford these prices.

Starlink is particularly great for remote locations. It works whether you’re at the top of a mountain in the Arctic or in a crater in Madagascar!

@elonmusk What amazes me about Starlink, is if you're in a country that is NOT the United States. You pay almost NOTHING for service. However, here in the USA, you pay over $100. Why is it, the USA provides to other countries, but gets nothing but higher prices for it?

@TravisMcP Just backup everything, format the drive, and start using a Linux based machine, such as Linux Mint. Super easy install. If you're gaming, you're most likely stuck with Windows.
