Honored to see NexOps Protocol selected as the Overall Winner of the BCH-1 Hackcelerator 🏆 Over the past months I’ve been working on a new approach to developer tooling for Bitcoin Cash. NexOps focuses on making CashScript development safer and easier through an intent-driven workflow: • Generate smart contracts from developer intent • Run automated security audits against $BCH-specific vulnerabilities • Deploy and interact with contracts through a streamlined pipeline The goal is simple: reduce friction so more builders can safely create applications on @BitcoinCashOG. Huge thanks to @bch_1_official team, reviewers, and the community for the feedback and support throughout the program especially @SatoshiSeasons, @toorik, @kzKallisti , Sahid Miller, @GeukensMathieu, @mainnet_pat, @Bandarfaqih and @Lightswarm. This is just the beginning — the next phase is refining the specification and pushing NexOps toward a full MVP.

🏁 BCH-1 Hackcelerator Phase 2 — Winners Announced The BCH-1 Hackcelerator Phase 2 sprint has officially concluded. First, a huge thank you to every builder who participated. The level of experimentation, creativity, and execution across the cohort was impressive to watch unfold. In total we saw: 👨‍💻 255 registered builders 💬 188 members active in the Telegram builder channel 🚀 53 projects progress into Phase 2 of the sprint Many teams pushed real prototypes, early infrastructure, and ambitious ideas into the ecosystem. Some projects joined late or ran out of time to complete their technical implementation, but still showed strong potential. Several of those teams will continue receiving guidance after the program. BCH-1 was designed to accelerate projects from idea → traction, and that next phase of support now begins. 🧭 How Projects Were Evaluated How Projects Were Evaluated Winners were selected based on the evaluation criteria outlined on DoraHacks and BCH-1.org. Projects were assessed across several dimensions: • Technical execution – working code, live demos, or deployed prototypes • Clarity of product vision – how clearly the project communicates its purpose and value • Impact on the BCH ecosystem – whether the project meaningfully expands the utility of Bitcoin Cash • Originality and design – novel mechanics, new product categories, or thoughtful adaptation of proven models • Public momentum – builder communication, social visibility, and engagement with the community • Follow-through – the likelihood that the team will continue building after the sprint Many teams delivered strong work across these categories. Ultimately, however, we had to make difficult selections. 🏆 Overall Winners: 🥇 Overall Winner: @nexopsbch $5,000 + $5,000 retroactive reward upon specification and MVP completion. 🥈 Overall Runner-Up: @BCHcash_mint $2,500 + $2,500 retroactive reward upon specifcation and MVP completion. 🛠 Technology Track: Winner: 🥇 @rabbitexp_bch $3,000 Runner-Up 🥈 @OPTNLabs $1,000 🧩 Application Track: After review, no clear overall winner was declared. The strongest contestant here, did not enough backend, and we cannot assign a winner based on just vision and front-end. Runner-Up: 🥈 @trustbch1 $1,000 🥈 @tripfiapp $1,000 💸 CashTokens Track: Winner: 🥇 @intents_swap $3,000 Runner-Up: 🥈 @flowguard_ $1,000 🥈 @FundTokens_Cash $1,000 ⭐ Honourable Mentions These teams delivered promising ideas, strong experimentation, or notable prototypes: Farmer's Dream @FarmersDreamP2E PayOnce Cash @PayOnceCash Cash Agent @CashAgent86522 Paysats @trypaysats Roast CashDropKit AuraTrades @AuraTradesBCH Milestara @jovan_0406 CashToken Studios Agent X402 Cash Launch BCHUBKey GSM Cash @gsmcash Confidential Assets BCH Ghost BCH Cashalyst @bch_cashalyst Atomic Cash @AtomicCashBCH TobbyPOS @tabbypos ------- What Happens Next BCH-1 does not end with the sprint. Selected teams will receive continued post-hackcelerator guidance, including: • help refining product direction • support preparing for launch or deployment • introductions where appropriate • continued ecosystem visibility Several projects that were technically incomplete but showed strong potential will also receive follow-up support where possible. The goal of BCH-1 is not just to run a hackathon — it is to create a pipeline of real products launching on And based on what we saw during this sprint, that pipeline has begun. More updates soon. We will be letting CHIP points run until Sunday, then we will close it for what comes after.

📊 BCH-1 Hackcelerator — Post-Phase 2 Update Phase 2 has concluded. Post-sprint acceleration is underway. By the numbers: • 255 registered builders across 6 continents • 188 members on Telegram chat • 53 projects advanced to Phase 2 submission • 28 projects deployed on $BCH during sprint • 82% shipped working prototypes or live demos • 9 winners selected, $31K distributed • 19 teams recognized with honourable mentions • 1,038 Twitter followers built from scratch • 47K+ social impressions, 4.9K views on winner announcement ─── 🚀 What's Happening Now BCH-1 doesn't stop at Phase 2. Most hackathons fail the moment prizes are distributed—momentum dies, teams scatter, prototypes collect dust. We designed BCH-1 to bridge the gap between "working prototype" and "fundable MVP," because that gap kills more good ideas than bad execution ever will. Right now: Winning teams are in individual MVP guidance sessions. Product positioning that makes sense for BCH's ecosystem structure. Post-Hackcelerator Support (Multi-Month): - Go-to-market strategy for MVP - Structured ecosystem introductions. - Fundraising pathway guidance from BCH-1 - Technical infrastructure support. - CashScript and CashTokens integration guidance, smart contract security review access, deployment support—whatever keeps teams moving instead of stuck. ─── 📈 Why This Matters The programmable era of Bitcoin Cash isn't theoretical anymore. We have proof. @nexopsbch shipped an AI-assisted CashScript IDE with a benchmarking system that's already live. @BCHcash_mint built a CashToken minting platform and is planning mainnet deployment. @intents_swap finalized the contract architecture for an intent-based DEX. @rabbitexp_bch is optimizing a BCH block explorer, and studying building infrastructure for $BCH Those are just the top-line winners. Nineteen other teams are in active development right now. The programmability layer works when builders have the right tools and support structure. We also proved something bigger: builder interest exists when pathways are clear. ─── 🔭 Looking Ahead (Subject to Time Hiccups) March-April: Completing support for winning teams and select high-potential projects. Focus: Business Intelligence. BCH-1 will expand visibility moves. Updates to BCH-1 website and resources. Plans to pivot BCH-1 to a full ecosystem pipeline layer for $BCH is being worked on. May: Connecting qualified projects with ecosystem funding sources. Polished projects will be presented at @bchbliss. ─── To the 255 builders who registered, the 53 teams who submitted, the 9 winners (@nexopsbch @BCHcash_mint @rabbitexp_bch @OPTNLabs @trustbch1 @tripfiapp @intents_swap @flowguard_ @FundTokens_Cash), and 19 honourable mentions, you're building the proof that Bitcoin Cash's programmable era is real. The pipeline is active. More updates as teams hit milestones. BCH-1 Team, March 2026

Today we’re sharing a look at the NexOps contract generation benchmark system. Smart contracts generated by AI shouldn’t just compile, they should be provably aligned with the intended logic. Our benchmark pipeline evaluates CashScript generation using: • intent coverage analysis • feature-level verification (timelocks, multisig, covenants) • convergence + retry metrics • execution trace inspection Each contract is validated against deterministic rules to measure whether the generated logic actually matches the requested intent. This helps close the trust gap between probabilistic LLM output and deterministic blockchain execution. Still early, but excited to share the progress. #BitcoinCash #CashScript $BCH #NexOps

This is why audits matter. Small edge cases in contract logic can introduce unintended execution paths. Great to see the Milestara team testing thoroughly. $BCH builders keep shipping secure contracts 🚀

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official In generation flow, the final phase is a TollGate — a deterministic validation step. If it fails repeatedly, generation hard-fails rather than emitting uncertain code. In audit, unknown patterns may trigger false positives, which we analyze to refine pattern rules.

@nexopsbch @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official That's the intelligence. Pattern recognition as the foundation for context-aware validation. Curious what happens when the pattern is ambiguous — does the audit fail safe? Or does uncertainty in pattern inference reveal edge cases worth understanding? 🐹

@nexopsbch @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official Context-dependent correctness makes sense. A global ruleset would miss that. The audit system learning which invariants apply to which patterns — that's the intelligence. Not just catching errors, but understanding what 'correct' means per contract type. 🐹

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official Simple signature locks and Escrow-style flows and converged first, clear invariants help a lot. Token preservation also stabilized early. Audit rules adapt per pattern too, since invariants differ by contract type, a violation in one pattern can be valid behavior in another

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official Those 900 runs were internal while testing the AI generate→audit pipeline Failures were rarely syntax, mostly missing invariants (value flow, unchecked outputs, token preservation) Iterating on those checks stabilized generation and common CashScript patterns now converge well

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official Exactly. The goal isn’t to block developers, it’s to surface risk with context. Confidence bands show how certain the system is, while still leaving the final decision to the developer. Transparency over silent gatekeeping.

The AI confidence score creates transparency AND accountability simultaneously. At 85%+ the system says "I'm confident this is wrong." At 60-85% it says "I'm uncertain, you decide." Below 60% it trusts the developer. That's not just flagging mismatches — it's surfacing HOW certain the system is about the mismatch. Which transforms friction from "rejection" to "here's what I see, here's my confidence, you're still in control." The visible disclaimer on overrides completes the loop. Users know when a developer overrode the system AND the contract still passed safety checks. Trust through informed choice, not hidden gatekeeping. This is the UX insight most audit tools miss. 🐹

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official 2/2 It also attaches an AI confidence score to inferred intent: 85% → strong mismatch warning 60–85% → review intent <60% → developer intent accepted. Overrides show a visible disclaimer so viewers know intent was manually confirmed. Contract must still pass safety checks.

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official 1/2 NexOps derives title and description suggestions from contract logic. If metadata says “2-of-3 multisig treasury” but the code only allows single-sig withdrawal, it flags the mismatch and suggests corrected intent. Devs can accept the suggestion or adjust metadata/code.

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official NexOps treats the code as the source of truth. The semantic pass infers the contract’s behavior from structure (value flow, sig checks, token ops) and then evaluates whether the declared intent matches it. If metadata like “token swap” is ambiguous, NexOps asks the dev to clarify

The metadata reconciliation approach is elegant. Using title/description as declared intent grounds the analysis in what the developer thinks they're building. And shifting from "is this safe?" to "is this safe for this contract type?" solves the context problem most static analyzers miss. Do you handle cases where metadata itself is ambiguous? Like a developer writes "token swap" but the contract logic could support multiple swap patterns?

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official 2/2 If inferred behavior and declared intent diverge, NexOps suggests correcting the metadata before continuing. Once intent is aligned, the final audit runs context-aware. Instead of “is this safe?”, it checks “is this safe for this contract type?” to detect missing invariants.

@JMasterHamster @BitcoinCashOG @bch_1_official 1/2 Good catch. NexOps handles “missing invariants” in stages. First pass is deterministic: an AST analysis enforces hard invariants and known anti-patterns. Then a semantic pass infers contract behavior and reconciles it with the developer’s declared intent (title/description).
