@nextofficial hi, can you let me know who I submit a complaint to about the condition of an item of clothing I've had delivered?








Awful service from @nextofficial. Item ordered over 2 weeks ago to be delivered & assembled today. Despite calls and assurances this would happen now unable to assemble but can deliver - agreed as urgently needed. Now a text saying it may not be delivered either!

@nextofficial So this is what happens with big firms. When we call them out for something we are asked to DM with lots of info. We get an automated reply asking for the same info we have provided and then get NO proper reply!

@nextofficial when you arrange a collection on a Tuesday or a particular day delivery WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT!!! Evri driver very annoyed at this
