gm, being a community leader isn’t easy, you have to: > be empathetic and listen to your members > question yourself and adapt to the market > provide value continuously my biggest success is having managed to do that with my communities i organized huge weekend events (never done before in web3) with @Nexus_Web3_, some members became close friends, i even went on vacation with some of them i built such huge trust with them that some send me their private key so i can mint nfts for them when they’re not available and some even sent me tens of thousands of dollars to my personal wallet so i could manage their wallet when they’re unavailable or dealing with personal issues it’s literally my biggest achievement: having the trust of strangers who eventually become friends
