Got a chance at the Virtual Genesis AI agent presale through some VirGen points. Received a small 12 $virtual allo for $AiSpace which I decided to join after @Degen__Ape__ gave the green light for. Didn't cook as much as the previous runners but took a solid 4x profit so far and letting half ride so that I don't get put in TP jail. Small wins but great for morale. Will continue to participate in future launches. For anyone interested you can earn VirGen points by /

It sounds funny until you realize that is a whole life philosophy in one sentence. You sit there with your giant emotional Stanley cup, refilling it all day, proud of yourself. You drink your 2 liters, 3 liters, you count your bottles like a good kid ticking boxes. On paper, you are doing everything right. And still your tongue feels like paper, your skin looks tired, your head hurts behind the eyes at 16:40, and you are one minor inconvenience away from wanting to lie face down on the floor. You keep thinking the answer is more of the same water. Nobody tells you that sometimes you are not lacking volume. You are lacking minerals. You are lacking anything with weight. Electrolytes sound like a gym word, but really they are just proof that the body does not run on purity. It runs on salt and mess and tiny charged things that hold the water in place. Think about how different it feels when you drink a glass of cold orange juice at 09:12 after a bad night of sleep compared to your fourth bottle of plain water at your desk. One hits like “oh, I exist again.” The other just runs straight through you, and twenty minutes later you are in the bathroom wondering why your organs still feel like dry towels. A lot of people live like that. Drowning in content, in advice, in “healthy habits,” and still emotionally dehydrated. They scroll for three hours consuming wellness tips in bed, wake up at 7, drink water, do their 10 minutes of journaling, take 8000 steps before dinner, and still feel this static emptiness in their chest. They think, weird, maybe I need another habit tracker. No one explained that habits are just water. Minerals are something else. Minerals are the things that actually carry charge through your life. The phone call where you finally say what hurt you instead of being “chill” again. The ugly 23:37 breakdown in the shower where you admit you are not “fine, just tired,” you are lonely and scared you wasted three years on the wrong thing. The bowl of pasta you let yourself eat slowly without scrolling while your brain keeps trying to sprint ahead to the next problem and you keep dragging it back to the plate. The real rest day that is not secretly a productivity cosplay. Of course plain water feels safer. It is neutral. It does not wake anything up. Electrolytes sting a little on the way in. Salt on a cracked lip, sugar in a starved system. Orange juice tastes so sweet after dehydration it almost hurts. It reminds your body of how long you have been ignoring it. Same with life. You can drink twenty self help books and still be dehydrated if you never put in one real mineral: a boundary, a no, a goodbye, a yes that you actually want, not one that sounds impressive on Instagram. You can go to therapy and carefully avoid saying the one sentence that would actually change your blood pressure. You can talk about burnout like it is a scheduling issue instead of the fact that you do not believe you are allowed to be a human being who stops. Everyone loves the aesthetic of “clean water.” No one posts “I added salt because my nervous system is fried from 10 years of people pleasing and pretending I’m chill with everything.” But that is what actually fixes things. Sometimes the reason you feel so tired is not that you are underperforming. It is that everything you pour into yourself is frictionless. It does not cling to you. It does not bind. It slides right through and leaves you pee-clear and soul-empty. The body tries to tell you. The headache at 17:23 that hits in the supermarket lighting. The way your vision gets grainy when you stand up too fast. The random heart flutters when you lie down, like your chest forgot its script. You drink more water, thinking you are being good, when what you need is to eat actual food, sprinkle some salt, sit down for fifteen minutes without being “useful.”
raf ❁@rafdelafuente

“I drink so much water every day I don’t know why I’m so dehydrated” Maybe because drinking just water doesn’t actually hydrate you. You need a good source of electrolytes in your water like mineral salts. Also it’s as simple as drinking juice like orange juice, watermelon or

Props Where Props Are Due I am a hands-on explorer. When I review various protocols, I get in there, test, use, attempt to find every positive as well as every negative. A couple months ago a certain team reached out to me. They wanted my feedback as a large trader on what they could do to improve, as they are working furiously on some updates. I agreed to dive in and give them feedback. After my big public liquidation, what most people didn’t know was that I’d been testing multiple perp DEXs simultaneously with much smaller sizes to get hands on experience - not just for myself - but for my audience who asks me daily "what about ____ protocol?" One by one, the dominoes fell. Every single position across every DEX got liquidated. Except one. @DriftProtocol At first, I actually thought I’d broken their liquidation engine. Price had blown right past my liquidation price - yet somehow, my position stayed alive. I was convinced it was a bug. Turns out it wasn’t. Drift’s guardrails - the ones they quietly mention in their docs - actually worked. They throttle liquidations during violent wicks, use oracle-based pricing instead of thin-book marks, and can even temporarily pause liquidations when volatility or oracle data goes off the rails. In other words, they built a system that recognizes when the market’s lost its mind - and gives traders a fighting chance instead of an instant execution. I know many of you are new to following me so as a reminder: my voice is never for sale. I never sponsor anything and refuse to talk about anything positively or negatively in exchange for financial gain. In a space where “robust risk management” usually means “we’ll pray the oracle holds,” Drift engineered something real. They deserve acknowledgment for that. Respect. 🫡 From the depths — The White Whale 🐋

I see A LOT of confusion on @solsticefi regarding codes There are two DIFFERENT types of codes you can enter: 1. Partner codes, you're prompted to type those first. - You can use multiple codes, so type in both "ORCA" & "RAYDIUM" to get maximum multiplier 2. Referral codes Go to the "Earn Flares" Tab on the left, scroll a bit to find the "Enter a referral code" window - very small & hidden - Use this special code "MKxyh61hd2" to unlock a Wals airdrop & receive a one off bonus of 1000 Flares, when you deposit a minimum of 10 $USX ($10 bucks) 3. The only code I can't crack is why you still haven't joined Solstice bro, you know you will be coping in a few months when we're all flexing 5-6 figure gains from the Ethena on $SOL. You will remember this tweet, but it will be too late. Lucky for you, it's still very early to join. Ape in or HFSP

okay I have finally cracked the algorithm for accruing Kaito yaps and Openledger mindshare 👇 first we take the quota of the interior total mindshare and then we divide it by the astronomology of the Y axis. Then we obviously multiply the engagement factor ^2 plus the remaining days for the launch of monad mainnet (4821) DIVIDED by the vibe of the aura chain equated to the total numbers of women on CT who are feds + the max combat level in oldschool runescape (126) = our answer that's how you stay ahead of the curve bro

Faack PTSD! I remember being so excited about metaverse that I mentioned to my normie friends I'm gonna buy a plot next to Snoop Dogg. Made a mockery of myself. Looking back, I wish I had choked on my beer before I even mentioned metaverse. If death by cringe had a face, it would look something like the one staring at me in my mirror.

I understand Vader and Virtuals haven't been completely transparent with their arrangement and that's a problem. But give the man some credit, he may have cashed out 58k Virgen but he bought back and burnt 1% of the supply. They may have received special treatment but Vader deserves that much for essentially coming up with the Genesis mechanics. Agree on the lack of transparency part.

Here is my response to @VaderResearch reply: The @Virtuals_io team should have been transparent from the beginning that @VaderResearch was going to receive special treatment and would be excluded from the dev wallet policy, which prohibits developers from using their tokens to farm Virgen Points. That said, there are still some questionable points I want to highlight in response to @vaderresearch reply. A) "1/ Our treasury wallets were distributed into 15 wallets on March 8" The idea with the distribution was to diversify tokens into multiple wallets to minimize cybersecurity risk – if all treasury tokens are held in one wallet and that wallet is hacked, then we are doomed" My reply to point A: The above explanation provided is inconsistent with standard cybersecurity protocols. It is unreasonable to claim that transferring over $13 million worth of Vader tokens across 15 separate wallets was done due to "cybersecurity risks" particularly if the tokens were ultimately staked. If security were the true concern, it raises further questions like: do you also possess 15 individual hardware wallets corresponding to each account? While the use of multi-signature wallets is possible, the fact remains that all of these wallets were used to stake these $Vader tokens. The most plausible interpretation is that the tokens were distributed in this manner to evade detection of vader's special treatment and exclusion from devs farming virgen points. No rational actor seeking to stake assets for legitimate purposes would fragment holdings across 15 wallets purely for security reasons! B) "And as part of the deal, they told us that we could use our wallets to participate in Genesis deals as part of the 5% so we could cover our expenses through the deal proceeds – we thought this was a fair deal" My reply to point B: I'm sorry but this situation reflects poorly on the @virtuals_io team. @VaderResearch should have been compensated in stablecoin or in $VIRTUAL for his work especially given $Virtual significantly higher market cap and massive liquidity pool. (For the record, I do appreciate the Genesis Launch design. Yes really) Instead, Vader was virtually paid, not technically, but virtually paid or indirectly paid in newly launched Genesis tokens, by being allowed to use an excessive amount of his own supply to earn points daily. These genesis launches carries extremely low liquidity and high volatility. This compensation structure grants him a large allocation of early stage assets without any financial risk, as he did not acquire them through market purchase ( $VADER Tokens ) which gives him a risk free proposition The core issue is that he will almost certainly need to sell portions of these Genesis tokens at some point to cover expenses. Doing so in low cap markets is inherently destabilizing and undermines long-term investor confidence. With $Virtual sitting almost at a one billion dollar market cap and a deep liquidity pool, compensating him in $VIRTUAL or stablecoins would have been far more appropriate and sustainable than him having to sell these micro cap coins on the market to cover expenses C) "Except for one deal recently – $ROOM because of the sus founder (we made $4.5k profit in total from that deal)" My reply to point C: You sold for $4,500 because you consider the founder “suspicious”? If you truly held that view of him as a questionable or untrustworthy figure, then one must ask: Why did you choose to invest in that Genesis Launch at all $ROOM ? Your skepticism toward the founder was clearly established prior to the beginning of the Genesis Launch pledging. Entering the investment under those circumstances and then immediately dumping your position raises questions about the sincerity and consistency of your judgment and potentially your motives. D) "3/ May 24 – We stopped receiving any points to the treasury wallets from the 5% and shared it all with the Vader Stakers Since then the legacy Vader treasury wallets only got some points from DAB but none from the 5% Vader portion" My reply to point D: Why concern yourself with daily distributed Virgen Points when you already have over $13 million worth or 30% of the total supply staked, generating a continuous stream of DAB Virgen points? This is particularly troubling given that these tokens, categorized as developer tokens, were explicitly represented to the public as ineligible for point farming from the virtuals team @everythingempty Let me be unequivocally clear: I am a strong supporter of the Virtuals co-founders and deeply admire what they are building with the ACP. I also hold a great deal of respect for the Genesis Launch system that @VaderResearch helped create. However... Where the @virtuals_io team fell short was in their lack of transparency regarding the special treatment that was afforded to Vader specifically, his undisclosed exemption from the policy prohibiting developers from using dev wallets to farm Virgen Points. Other developers have been explicitly told they are not permitted to use treasury, team, or any other form of dev-affiliated tokens for this purpose. Had this exception been clearly disclosed from the outset, my post yesterday and the questions that followed would have been entirely unnecessary. The end

Yesterday on the metro, I witnessed a 18 year old miss his stop. He seemed let down when he was forced to pay $50 for a return ticket. I felt for the kid so I told him to download crypto wallets and I'll send him $750 worth of $PEAQ tokens and an Infinex Patron, just to turn his day around Spent the next 20 minutes giving him a crash course on crypto, I told him this is the assets he needs to hold. He can cash out now or hold tight and watch it hit $100000+ within a year Hopefully I’ve created a diamond handed Patron. I will be be tracking that wallet. Make me proud, metro guy

I'll never understand why some projects make it so hard to claim their airdrops. Why not just create a simple website where I can connect in my wallet and click "claim"? Is that too much to ask? Somehow they're always trying to find new ways to make it more difficult. Magic Eden required me to download an app and enter my social security number last year (still love u). Humanity Protocol forcing me to buy $H on mainnet, bridge it to Humanity Protocol for gas, claim the airdrop and then bridge it back (+ wait a week)? No thank you

Absolutely. This is not passive airdrop farming like parking capital in a DeFi protocol. You're actively marketing day in and day out with no payment upfront purely on the hopes that you will be rewarded for your work at the end of the campaign. It's not a false sense of entitlement if the project is majorly benefitting from your work. You're spending your most valuable resource(time).

i love Zach but i think he’s wrong if he’s referring to the yappers community the problem with these infofi marketing campaigns is that they’re not binded to conditions they must uphold some projects will end up profiting off of the people who need the money the most in our space. the people at the bottom of the infofi chain but also the most important part of this ecosystem: the yappers i think kaito should also understand that if a public campaign for yappers advertises conditions that will change mid game, yappers will start losing trust in them yappers are some of the most hardworking people in the space and these projects allocate tokens for their awareness campaigns. even tho yappers might not convert to users you’re not gonna ask marketers to be obliged to also use your product. that’s down to how useful it is tbh so yeah. run transparent public campaign for yappers or as a project you’re just a lying piece of shit the end.
