Best decision I made was taking out all the money I had in the stock market, buy a bunch of eth and went full force on NFTs
Let me tell you that shit was scary for me but if I didn’t do it I wouldn’t be where I am today, my point is if you believe in something so hard, jump
@AJamesChester@toddkramer1@j1mmyeth@evankeast OpenSea is just a layer on top. You don’t need it to sell or transfer token. And you are wrong, in law the real owner has the right to get it back, that’s the issue of the buyer who has purchased stolen goods anyway he was not aware of it.
@AJamesChester@toddkramer1@j1mmyeth@evankeast It’s not a central authority. It will be at the end a voting of the token holders, a DAO inside the contract. Of course it will bring other challenges with it, like you mentioned.
@AJamesChester@toddkramer1@j1mmyeth@evankeast That’s a great question! If something like that happens in the non digital world the buyer who paid will have a lost and they must give it back to the original owner. I assume a great community like #bayc would find a way to make the owner and buyer happy at the final end.
