This also highlights the need for agent interoperability: who would want to teach a new agent 100s of tasks from scratch? If web agents become widespread, preventing agent lock-in will be crucial. (I'm working on fleshing out this argument with @sethlazar + Noam Kolt)

In this paper, we show how to use causal graphs in a principled manner to understand the implications of data missingness on fairness algorithms, and design fairness algorithms that are more robust to missingness in the training data.

Seeing lots of industry research internship talk. Yes, you can email researchers you want to work with! To stand out, demonstrate you've taken the time to understand what they do, and lay out how what you bring to the table is relevant to them. Generic emails get you nowhere.
