@ngreader Did something change? I unable to logon with Feedly account on a new computer. Existing computers with Nextgen Reader previously installed and connected to Feedly work fine. Any help is appreciated.

@ngreader @M1cr0ft Is the Mercury system shutdown the reason why the 'Read more' button no longer works? I can thankfully still see the excerpts at least, but can't see full articles.

@ngreader You don't seem to answer support requests. None of my feeds are loading via the Mercury system). For a paid app, no matter how much we paid for it, you should still support paying customers. What's going on with your app? Don't you work on it anymore?

@ngreader I just want to acknowledge the group responsible for Nextgen Reader. Have used it for close to five years now. It was, and still is, my most used, and appreciated, paid app. Thank you!

@ngreader love the app but have been receiving regular errors as of late. "Couldn't get full article, please click the headline to open webpage or try again." Occurs on the PC & mobile version. Any suggestions to fix?

@etschneider Yes, mercury web parser is shutting down soon. We'll switch to new service for downloading full articles.
