I'm glad and relieved to see the Artemis II crew down safely. Once NASA releases a photo of the capsule (took months last time), we'll know how well the heat shield came through. Hopefully the institution will avoid "normalization of deviance."

The judge in this case was Judge Juan Hoyos (also referred to as Juan G. Hoyos) of the Hennepin County District Court in Minnesota despite warnings from DA that Said would flee the country, the judge in his infinite wisdom gave him two options none of which should’ve included retaining his passport it should have been confiscated on the spot. These judges in Hennepin County are certainly bending over backwards to either let them off entirely or giving them the wherewithal to escape justice which poses obvious questions. defendant Abdirashid Ismail Said (also called Abdirashid Said), charged in Minnesota's largest-ever state Medicaid fraud case involving roughly $11 million stolen through personal care assistant (PCA) schemes. Prosecutors flagged him as a major flight risk (he had a prior fraud conviction, a passport, family ties in Kenya, and significant funds). The judge gave him two bond options: ⏺️ $50,000 bond with surrender of his passport, or ⏺️ $150,000 bond without conditions (allowing him to keep his passport). Said chose the higher unconditional bond, kept his passport, and fled the country shortly afterward (confirmed by multiple sources; he skipped a pretrial hearing around April 7–8, 2026, leading to a warrant, bond forfeiture, and cancellation of his upcoming trial).

What sickens me about left-wing people, especially the intellectuals, is their utter ignorance of the way things actually happen. - George Orwell

BREAKING: The United Nations just nominated the Islamic Republic of Iran to help shape policy on women’s rights, human rights, disarmament, and terrorism. Yes, you read that right. Why on earth are we funding this monstrosity?

How out of control is our govt spending? Individual income taxes + corp income taxes will be about $3 trillion in 2026. We will spend $1.3 trillion in interest payments on the $39 trillion national debt. 43% of all income taxes ... goes to interest payments on the debt. The other big pieces of the govt revenue is collecting social security taxes, which just pass through to social security recipients. Within the next few years we will reach the point where interest on the national debt is consuming 50% of all individual and corporate income taxes collected. And our annual budget deficits at $2 trillion to $3 trillion per year and making the problem worse. If the debt grows faster than the US economy, then eventually the interest payments consume all of the tax revenue. We are entering a debt doom loop, where we have to borrow more and more just to pay for government to function.

Candace’s tweet received 11k likes and over 125k impressions in less than 30 minutes. These numbers are quite literally impossible. None of this is organic.

Most nuclear “waste” isn’t actually waste. The U.S. has almost 100,000 metric tons of used fuel—enough to fit inside a large grocery store—and most of it still has usable energy and valuable materials. Conditions have changed. Recycling is back in focus.  A new analysis, co-authored by Oklo’s Dr. Christina Leggett, explains why. More via @Sonalcpatel for @POWERmagazine: powermag.com/nuclear-recycl…
