I used to burn through my Claude limit every single week. Then I learned these 14 tricks: How you send files matters: ↳ Skip PDFs and screenshots entirely ↳ Copy text into a Google Doc ↳ Download as .md and upload that ↳ One PDF = 1,500-3,000 tokens ↳ Same text as markdown = under 200 How you prompt matters: ↳ Plan in Chat, build in Cowork ↳ Say "Ask me questions" instead ↳ Clicking options costs zero tokens ↳ Typing 500-word prompts costs 500 ↳ Batch tasks into one message ↳ 3 messages = 3 full context reloads How you fix mistakes matters: ↳ Say "Only redo section 3" ↳ Click Edit on your original message ↳ Never send "No, I meant..." messages ↳ Claude re-reads all history every time ↳ Every correction adds to the pile How you pick models matters: ↳ Use Sonnet or Haiku for small tasks ↳ Save Opus + Extended Thinking ↳ Chat is lightest. Cowork is heaviest. ↳ Don't pay Cowork prices for Chat work How you manage sessions matters: ↳ Trim files to under 2,000 words ↳ Only include what Claude needs ↳ Restart instead of following up ↳ 20 messages = 105,000 tokens ↳ 30 messages = 232,000 tokens ↳ Summarize every 15-20 messages ↳ 98.5% of tokens go to re-reading ↳ Only 1.5% goes to the actual answer How you set up Claude matters: ↳ New topic = new chat. Every time. ↳ Turn off features you don't need ↳ Use Projects for recurring files ↳ Set Preferences to Concise ↳ Turn off Memory. It costs tokens. 14 tricks that saved my limit. Most people don't use Claude too much. They just waste tokens without knowing. Fix the waste. Keep the output. Save this and try one trick today. Follow Muhammad Ayan ♻️ Repost to help others.

FIFA is about to destroy its reputation because of politics. This will probably be the end of FIFA if they succumb to the demands of United States because even FIFA cannot remove or disqualify a nation that legally qualified for the tournament. And by that way, Iran did not attacked either the United States or Israel, they are defending themselves from aggressors and by right, it is the United States and Israel that are supposed to be disqualified. And we are not even supposed to host the FIFA World Cup tournament in a warring country. The United States is currently not qualified to host the World Cup tournament.

European welfare systems are funded primarily by high domestic taxes and national insurance contributions—not US defence spending. US bases provide economic benefits to host economies (jobs, contracts), but social spending decisions are sovereign fiscal choices. Lower European defence budgets historically freed some fiscal space, but this is not a direct US "subsidy" for welfare. No official source as far as I'm aware links US NATO spending to "free" European social programs. Europe spends far more on social protection as % of GDP independently. taxpayer.net/national-secur… That's a good article that confirms some of your points above too. The Spain problem... reuters.com/world/europe/e… Again, Spain is not going against any NATO policy here, they're allowed to put their own sovereign interests first just like you are. Leaving the alliance because of diplomatic choices about armed conflict they are not compelled to engage with is a ridiculous notion. "After the Cold War, Europe cashed what economists call a 'peace dividend.' They cut defence spending by €1.8 trillion over three decades." yipinstitute.org/article/europe… Yes, but the USA was OK with this, as Europe needed decades to rebuild after the war and as Soviet occupation drained wealth from individuals and the economies respectively. Not sure about the amount but it sounds right. Your quote is: "Spain blocked our base. France blocked our flights. Italy and Germany shut their doors. And we're supposed to trust these allies to defend Greenland? Greenland. The most important island in the world for American security. Missile warning. Arctic chokepoint. 36 million tonnes of rare earths." No you can use the base you just can't use it for the conflict. Yes, because we have a joint task force for arctic operations that's much larger than the corresponding US force, we just haven't deployed it yet. We have about 120,000 troops trained in arctic warfare compared to your estimated 25,000. defence-blog.com/u-s-military-f… 19fortyfive.com/2026/02/nato-w… "But sure. Lets ignore their track record. They'll definitely secure the most important island on earth." Your track record is in the red, you drew down your military presence over the last couple of decades. You have permission to do the opposite, nobody said you can't. "Meanwhile Poland spent $3.6 billion of its own money building US facilities. 4.48% of GDP. No lectures. No blocked bases. Just an ally that shows up." "84% of Danes view the US unfavourably. These are not allies." You directly threatened their sovereignty. Come on now. You're really wondering why? "The US defense budget is $980 billion. 62% of all NATO member spending combined." NATO's common budgets is about $5 billion a year, just to be clear about not conflating the two, and the USA pays about 16% of it. "Our investment in the region accounts for roughly 25% of America's national debt. Your kids will inherit the bill. Long after NATO stops pretending to be useful." NATO is useful, the Iran crisis shows that failing to get a coalition outside of NATO matters almost as much as a coalition against a common enemy. But most importantly, NATO is more of a financial benefit to all, since standardisation of army streamlines procurement and stops defence companies from flashing proprietary ammunition in everyone's faces. If you fight with European allies, our ammunition is interchangeable, which streamlines wartime logistics to your troops. "Spain banned nukes from its soil. Scotland doesn't want them either." We have an independent nuclear deterrent launched by SSBN's, so gravity bombs aren't necessary to be stored (of all places) Scotland lol. Logistics are simpler down south. F35A's are being purchased by the UK to use them soon, but they will not operate in Scotland, but from RAF Marham in Norfolk, England. The gravity bombs I think will be stored at RAF Lakenheath since the B61-12 bombs were delivered to the base for the first time since 2008. RAF Marham hasn't stored UK nuclear bombs since 1998. "Russia outproduces all of NATO in ammunition four to one." Look at what that gets them against Ukraine, not even with another NATO country being involved. The nature and scale of warfare has changed, albeit you do raise a point that the MIC of Europe needs spooling up and is doing so. "14% of Italians say they'd fight for their country." During peacetime without a direct enemy that threatens their sovereignty? Good job Italian government! "Russia took Crimea in 2014. Europe's response? Get MORE dependent on Russian gas. Germany approved Nord Stream 2." Your response under Obama was essentially silence. Peace talks between Ukraine and Russia afterwards was conducted with European intervention, but Russia was not good natured enough to engage well. The EU gave billions in grants, loans and training programs, such as this one, where my country led the professional training program for over 20,000 Ukrainian soldiers. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation… Other than that I condemn European refusal to send large shipments of arms to the newly formed independent GUR. "Then Russia invaded Ukraine. Europe panicked. Begged America for weapons. Cried about sovereignty and international law." We sent them entire inventories of weapons, equipment, artillery shells and aircraft. Within 72 hours of the invasion, we activated the EPF for the first time in history and committed half a billion in military assistance annually, and that was independent of any national decision. Trump is in the wrong here about Kyiv falling without US help. European packages of ammunition, AT, missiles and and as much soviet era gear as possible arrived FIRST. Within days, Germany U-turned and delivered Panzerfaust AT systems directly to Ukraine. Within 1 month, the EPF commitment had tripled and total EU military aid had reached over £60 billion by 2025, with total aid including military reaching about £150 billion. According to the Kiel Institute Ukraine Support Tracker, EU aid rose by 67% as US aid fell to basically 0. Never lecture us on spending or defence while the biggest war this continent has seen since WW2 is going on, and we're fully footing the bill. "Cried about sovereignty and international law." Condemning this invasion is like, the moral baseline dude. "They funded the enemy. Mocked the man who warned them. Then asked you to clean up the mess." The EU accounts for about 6% of Russia's total crude exports, and most of that is to Hungary and Slovakia who are receiving internal and external backlash for their lack of any energy mix. India and China represent about 85% of exports. You're hung up on a point that's economically irrelevant. We mock Trump because he's a walking meme, a lot of Europeans we're pointing out that despite his rudeness at the time to the Germans, he wasn't wrong. I can go on but your post is extremely long and it might be easier for me to just get into a call and debate because I combat misinformation daily.

America is in a one-sided toxic relationship with NATO. Time to break up. Europe gives itself free healthcare, free college, and six weeks vacation because Americans pay for their defense. Then they call us burgers. Mock our healthcare. Call us dangerous when we ask them to pay their fair share. Then they blocked our own military bases. That's NATO. America is the only country that REALLY pays for it. The US defense budget is $980 billion. 62% of all NATO member spending combined. The gap between the US and its allies is larger than China's entire military budget. What Europe shortchanged on defense in a decade, America spends in a single year. America has spent trillions defending Europe over 77 years. Marshall Plan. $150 billion in today's dollars. We stationed a hundred thousand troops. We built their bases from scratch. Stored our nuclear weapons on their soil. And never left. Our investment in the region accounts for roughly 25% of America's national debt. Your kids will inherit the bill. Long after NATO stops pretending to be useful. The US stores over 100 nuclear bombs in five European countries. $700 million a year to maintain them. $8.2 billion to upgrade them. America pays for the bombs, guards the bombs, controls the codes. Europe provides a parking spot. Spain banned nukes from its soil. Scotland doesn't want them either. They all sleep under the umbrella. First ones screaming when it disappears. After the Cold War, Europe cashed what economists call a "peace dividend." They cut defense spending by €1.8 trillion over three decades. Where did it go? Everywhere but defense. Subsidized by you. The US military pumps $2.2 billion a year into German local economies around just two base clusters. Germany pays $118 million to host us. Five cents on every dollar. Spain takes $98 million a year from the base we built and then blocks us from using it. Your taxes fund the defense budget that lets Germany offer free college to its citizens. Nobody told you about that deal. But you've been paying for it your entire adult life. And what does the mighty European military look like after all those savings? A joke. The most expensive welfare project ever built. German soldiers painted broomsticks black on armored vehicles to simulate machine guns during a NATO exercise. Germany has three days of ammunition. UK's army is the smallest since 1799. France's aircraft carrier spent more time in dry dock than at sea. Russia outproduces all of NATO in ammunition four to one. 14% of Italians say they'd fight for their country. Europe promised Ukraine one million artillery shells. Delivered a third. You're paying to defend nations that won't defend themselves. NATO's Military Committee Chairman, Admiral Rob Bauer: "The bottom of the barrel is now visible." NATO's Secretary General, Mark Rutte: "If anyone thinks Europe can defend itself without the US, keep on dreaming." Take America out of NATO and what's left couldn't last two weeks in a real war. They couldn't beat the Houthis. They gutted their militaries BECAUSE you cover them. It's not a failure of planning. It's the plan. They call Russia the existential threat. The whole reason NATO exists. Russia took Crimea in 2014. Europe's response? Get MORE dependent on Russian gas. Germany approved Nord Stream 2. Austria, Hungary, Italy all doubled down. 55% of Germany's gas came from the country NATO was supposed to deter. Their foreign minister said on the record: "There is no German dependence on Russia." Trump warned them in 2018 they were "totally controlled by Russia." The German delegation laughed. On camera. Then Russia invaded Ukraine. Europe panicked. Begged America for weapons. Cried about sovereignty and international law. While still buying Russian oil and gas to fund the war machine they were asking you to stop. They funded the enemy. Mocked the man who warned them. Then asked you to clean up the mess. Same playbook with China. NATO calls Beijing a "systemic challenge" while its members trade €732 billion a year with them. Only 11 of 27 EU countries restricted Huawei. NATO classified intelligence runs on Chinese hardware. And their $860 billion rearmament plan? Freezes out American companies. The enemy is the excuse. The free lunch is the point. But when they needed saving, they called us. Kosovo. Genocide on their continent. US flew 80% of combat missions. Libya. France started a war, ran out of bombs in weeks, we finished it. Ukraine. We sent the weapons that mattered. When we paused, they couldn't replace them. Every single time. They call us. Then came February 2026. America struck Iran. The biggest funder of terrorism on earth. Building nuclear weapons. A threat Europe itself has called existential for decades. Every European capital was relieved. None of them will say it. Instead they gaslit you. Spain blocked Rota. The base America built in 1953. 426 facilities. $98 million a year in local economic impact. They locked us out of it. Iran put Spain's PM on a missile as a thank you. France blocked munitions flights. The same France that ran out of bombs over Libya. Italy denied Sigonella. Germany: "This is not our war." When America needed them, every door in Europe closed. 239 terror attacks per year between 2015 and 2018. Paris. Nice. Brussels. Berlin. Manchester. A continent that can't secure its own borders. Losing 29 million working-age people by 2050. Europe's Muslim population is projected to triple by 2050. Anti-American and pro-Iranian sentiment is growing. Europe in 2050 won't be on your side. You're investing trillions in an alliance whose future voters don't share your interests. America's own intelligence agencies warned about all of it. Nobody listened. 84% of Danes view the US unfavorably. These are not allies. Spain blocked our base. France blocked our flights. Italy and Germany shut their doors. And we're supposed to trust these allies to defend Greenland? Greenland. The most important island in the world for American security. Missile warning. Arctic chokepoint. 36 million tonnes of rare earths. Russia has 50 Arctic bases and 8 nuclear icebreakers. Denmark defends it with 150 soldiers and a dog sled patrol. Zero fighters. Zero subs. But sure. Lets ignore their track record. They'll definitely secure the most important island on earth. Ok buddy. Got it. Meanwhile Poland spent $3.6 billion of its own money building US facilities. 4.48% of GDP. No lectures. No blocked bases. Just an ally that shows up. That's what an alliance looks like. NATO was built for the Soviet Union. It's been gone 35 years. What remains is a system where America pays, builds, and bleeds while Europe lectures, blocks, and sends the bill. Rutte is in Washington today asking America to stay. He should be asking his members why they deserve it. I hope you understand what's at stake.

Lavrov Responds to Trump’s Strait of Hormuz Blockade Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov delivers key statements and answers media questions following his official visit to China on April 15, 2026, in Beijing. Lavrov addresses rising geopolitical tensions, including the situation around Iran, the Strait of Hormuz, and the risk of broader conflict in the Middle East. He warns against attempts to escalate the crisis and criticizes Western narratives at the UN Security Council, accusing them of ignoring root causes and “canceling” historical context. Lavrov also highlights Russia and China’s coordinated efforts to support diplomatic solutions, prevent further escalation, and maintain stability in global energy routes. The discussion includes the role of Gulf states, the threat to key maritime chokepoints like the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, and the importance of continued negotiations.

Anthropic pays engineers $750,000 a year to understand how AI models actually work. Stanford just put the same knowledge on YouTube. 2 hours. Completely free. This is the lecture that teaches you what most AI courses skip entirely. Not how to use the tools. Why they work the way they do. The engineers who understand the why build things the people who only know the how cannot even conceive of. The gap between those two groups is $750,000 a year. You can close most of it in an afternoon. Bookmark this before you scroll past it. Watch it this weekend. Not eventually. This weekend.
