@nhl_dops @FriedgeHNIC To be honest I think it was ridiculous the way that Matheson intentionally threw his head at Marchand’s elbow. The league has to crack down on guys like Matheson and do a better job of protecting the Marchands of the league.

No hearing for Brad Marchand regarding OT roughing penalty on Mike Matheson I admit I’m surprised, I thought there would be for the contact to the head.  My suspicions on why it won’t be a suspension: *NHL felt it was a penalty on the ice, that’s it *Marchand elbow low and tucked; Matheson low to ice

Seth Jarvis will be "out a while", head coach Rod Brind'Amour announced. Jarvis left the game after being tripped by Evan Rodrigues and crashing hard into the post. There was no penalty on the play.
