Having a non-verbal child with Down Syndrome and Autism is bloody hard, I’m not going to sugarcoat it. But when Sam smiles like this, it gives you joy and makes it all worthwhile. Plus it’s brought us into contact with some amazing people #downsyndromeawarenessday

Whatever the debate about the coaching team at @EnglandRugby please can we keep it framed properly….those lads have mortgages, families and pride - they don’t need trolls or pain. Imagine if it was you. Challenge their professional approach and employer with kindness and humour.

Just watched game again and 2 big decisions were wrong. Genge yellow card was debatable but it wasn’t a penalty try. Then the penalty advantage at 38-39 that was changed to knock on only by ref mid play Led to BB ….hard done by?

Stunning, and huge atmosphere in Paris. But the kits, it spoilt the spectacle massively.
