You are confusing XRP with the XRPL and confusing the XRPL with Ripple’s software and products that utilise XRP and you are ignoring that the banks want to use their own CBDCs on XRPL sidechains. You didn’t get much right.

Question: if XRP is so decentralized, how come central banks and governments like XRP so much for their CBDC? Central banks & govts control CBDCs, set limits, freeze account etc. "central banks working with govts will be designers, rule setters and implementers for the platform"

Ripple is using xrp but its not the other way.
Xrp and the xrpl are decentralized.
