@OctopusEV @OctopusEnergy Funny how when I pop you a dm you ignore it. Just like my "specialist" who is supposed to be now cancelling my order but again has ignored me. I'll take you to court if I don't get my money back. Appalling service.

@OctopusEnergy @OctopusEV How does someone go about cancelling an EV charger installation? Thinking I might go with someone else as I get no response to my questions or requests for help etc.

Also sort your site out. It sends you round in circles to open the form. Does no one check these things? It's so incompetent.

@OZEVgovuk Why have you made such a ridiculous form for renters to claim the grant. Needing the installers ozev number when you don't publish this anywhere is obstructive and causes delays. Typical of gov really.

@OctopusEV @OctopusEnergy Were you unaware of this? You asked me to fill in form saying "let me know how it goes" I will tell you how it went - just like this! Ohme have at least acknowledged the issue so their customers are aware and not left frustrated like me with no info.

@snapchatsupport Watch out parents. Kids are being scammed. Mine age 17 tried to buy Snapchat+ at £2.25 monthly - they've tried to take £27. And they are not supposed to allow under 18s to used paid services. Support then says they won't speak to me. About my UNDER AGE child.

@tgjonesuk lost a £100 sale today. I queued 10 minutes, due to inadequate tills, to be told that the store could not sell me the gift cards I needed, due to restrictions on how many gift cards can be sold within an hour. Most ridiculous thing I've heard. Is this even true?

@OctopusEnergy applied for tracker weeks ago. Heard nothing. Cust service email promised to escalate last week. Nothing. I don’t know when I’m being switched over or have any info. This isn’t like you but I’m starting to get annoyed.
