@timbatchelor Any product with Bifenthrin as the active ingredient will work fine. It’s one of the cheapest and most widely produced. If mosquito, tick or roach problem is really bad, a good micro encapsulated formula will do better. Just search “micro encapsulated” or “bifenthin” on Amazon.

I was in the bug business for 25 yrs. Hands down this is the best device to keep bugs out of your house. I did a study with the CDC dealing with Lyme Disease outbreaks in the Northeast. We used this for large applications of wooded areas. Knocked tick populations down by 90%.

I finally took the advice of @BowTiedBroke and Im spraying for mosquitoes and ticks myself. Should save about $1200 this year and $2k next year. Plus I can kill them whenever I want.

Governor Abbott's threat to decimate Houston's public safety funding is shameful.
This is the Abbott playbook. When he doesn't get his way, he makes Texans pay for it. That's not governance, that's a shakedown. Texans deserve a governor who works for them, not one who weaponizes state power to punish anyone who won't fall in line.

I really enjoy training chest and back twice per week, and for a long time I split things pretty evenly with two chest-and-back days.
That said, they are not my strongest body parts. Some of it came down to execution, but I knew there had to be more to it.
One principle that guides my decisions is that if I want new results, I need to do something different.
So I had weeks this winter where I ran separate chest-only and back-only days (with some arm work added in). But another split I have really been enjoying is prioritizing one muscle group while still keeping the other in, doing one back exercise and three chest exercises, and then flipping it on the other day later in the week.

@toro__training I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea 5 yrs ago and had a number of issues early on with my body adjusting to the Cpap. Getting the right mask was a game changer for me.
Man I can’t recommend this particular mask enough

Guys I need some help. Has anyone that was diagnosed with sleep apnea and got a cpap, eventually lost weight and started having side effects from the cpap?
Before going on vacation I lost a little weight, then while on vacation I didn’t use the cpap because I forgot to pack the power cord (on top of grabbing the wrong passport, I was so stressed with work and other things), and then I lost more weight that weight. So total 12lbs down from when I got diagnosed with sleep apnea. After being back, three nights of using the cpap again, and I started feeling lethargic during the day and it got worse as the days passed. Last night I didn’t sleep with the cpap and today I feel normal.
My doctors office is closed today, I’ll call Monday. But curious to how others navigate this when it comes to bulking and cutting.

@DoNotComply23 It took me many years to figure out the difference between controlling and suppressing them. I still struggle with it to this day. It’s shit advice.

This mentality is why I’m so fucked up.
I tried to “be a man” and keep my emotions to myself during my breakup so that I didn’t burden her.. I pushed her away when what I truly wanted was to bring her closer and to even marry her…
Don’t listen to this guy.
