@OctopusEnergy I do not know what is happening. My NYE is ruined as I cancelled 2 parties to wait in for the no show engineer. The help line has closed and no one from Octopus has been in contact to explain what is going on. But I have learned 3 things:

@OctopusEnergy it is nearly 9:00 pm New Year’s Eve and the temperature is 3C and my 14 month old Octopus Energy installed heat pump has not been working for over 12 hours. Despite being told that an engineer would arrive with a replacement part he/she failed to turn up.

Rashford 1. A failure for United’s football department if he leaves 2. A very poor look for MR if he can’t get his form right to break into this team 3. MR/Team would be naive if they think his off-pitch voice will carry without the MU badge Lose/Lose if he goes. Sort it out!

@virginmedia OK I just have. This was the seventh time I have explained the issue to you though. Why should I expect that it will be any different this time?

@virginmedia I’m feeling frustrated with your customer service who after 6 requests from me, at a rate of one a week, will not send me an itemised bill despite promising to do so. What is going on?

@virginmedia It is for media services. Customer Service say that they have sent the bills via the postal service but I have not received them. There say it is no longer their concern as they have followed their due process. I have offered to pay for recorded delivery. This has been declined.

Anyone know what you get charged if you forget to 'click out' using contactless on the tram? Surely it can't be more than buying a day rover ticket? I was on my phone, dealing with an issue, the other night and i've just realised i forgot. 🙄 @MCRMetrolink
