@EvriParcel_1 my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and then suddenly decided it wasn’t, it said delivery next working day but still nothing 2 days later! What’s happening with it?

@InPostUK I returned a parcel to shein on 15 sep but it hasn’t moved in the system and @SHEIN_Official don’t usually take this long to refund items? Not sure how to solve this? But I’m waiting for my refund?

I’m happy to collect but I can’t see anyway of actually getting in touch with you, totally understand if they darent drive down but it’s more the lack of being able to do anything about it that’s frustrating
