@TalkTalk Over three weeks with either no broadband or occasional very slow broadband. Three calls to customer services and no resolution. Time I moved to a different provider (after many years with @TalkTalk ). Not good enough by far.

@TalkTalk your technical support promised to phone me today to resolve problems with my broadband. They did not call at all. Definitely time to go to another supplier. Poor service and no support!

@TalkTalk The quality of my broadband has declined and cuts out. You customer services have been unable to resolve this. Reluctantly after many years I therefore have to leave you. You want to charge me £139 to do this. Given the poor service and support this is OUTRAGEOUS.
