Buying water; @YourGuinness ongoing issue, last failed Nov24, 100's Havant residents without water to drink, cook, wash & flush loos. Vulnerable people left in danger & all @orbisprotect say is their contractors 'have 24 hours to attend' @AlanMakMP anything to say?

@nigglesd My colleague was referring to ourselves in the social media department. Another team handles receipt requests, so if you've filled in the form you'll be in a queue and they'll sort it out as soon as possible. Phil B

So @British_Airways after finding out you don't automatically give receipts I completed your online form, got the email below, waited over 5 days, no receipt, called you (1hr+) was told to wait, still nothing! Rather fly @easyJet if this is how well you treat me. #BritishAirways

Don't use @British_Airways to fly for business!
If you need a receipt for expenses they don't auto issue them! You have to fill in a form they claim takes 5 days but I've waited 14 so far & BA now say 28 days - so they lied! Calling them doesn't help either.

@British_Airways seriously WTF, why is it I'm still waiting on a receipt for flights I took over a week ago, been online, filled in the form waited a week with nothing, an hour on the phone to get through to your 'Customer Service' dept to be told 'please wait a few more days'!😡

@British_Airways Firstly why don't you auto issue receipts? Secondly why tell customers responses will take 5 days (legally binding?) But now you say 28 days? Even EasyJet and RyanAir do better than British Airways when it comes to customer service
