I leave tomorrow morning for a 7 day ayahuasca retreat in Costa Rica.
I’ve needed to discontinue my buproprion rx (non stimulant, for adhd) as part of my preparation; my heart rate variability has nearly doubled, &my rhr has dropped significantly (~8bpm)

I did an episode of the Huberman Lab podcast on colds and flus. Here is one useful takeaway: if you’re around somebody that’s coughing and sneezing and they tell you they are “not contagious”, run (unless you’re the caretaker of course). They have no idea.
