@makemytripcare this is not what we have expected from @makemytrip. I am a mmt black customer. And expecting this service from you is just not tolerable. We are very disheartened with @makemytripcare response to this life threatening experience which we have gone through.

@makemytripcare There is no resolution on my complaint . Every time I ask for updates, I get this response in return!! How much more time should i actually wait for @makemytripcare to take some action. @makemytrip

@makemytripcare Hi Smeeti, we have informed the customer care team multiple times on call but there was no resolution,We have emailed all the details. Do give us a call if you need anything, happy to comply for whatever it takes to make sure this instance is not excused without any actions.
