Feb. 21, 2012: Miriam was born 9 weeks early at 2 pounds. It was flat-out scary. Today: She's rehearsing for a @CurtisInstitute production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at the Kimmel Center in Philly. A bumpy journey, but remarkable nonetheless.

Zuby Ejiofor broke UConn over a knee tonight, and Dylan Darling is that intangible guy every title contender needs. Great theater at the World's Most Famous Arena. The Big East, warts and all, still knows how to put on a show.

@DawnFantasia_NJ No cost expanded access to expungement bill dies as well. Despite expungements being linked to 22% increase in taxable income in the first year and a reduction of homelessness. There has never been any threat or increase in safety risks to public from expungement.

Dropped an hour ago: $6.6M for a psychedelic mushroom study on tomorrow’s agenda. Also rolling: $300M for a hockey arena. Meanwhile, no-cost bills to help kids explore military service and to keep American jobs here die on the vine. This is how your taxpayer dollars are spent.

@CollinRugg With the winners I picked and times I gave up everything for others, I would be a millionaire 🤣🤣. Personal responsibility and accountability gave me something more important than money, wisdom to change. Learned helplessness is real.

NEW: 34-year-old woman is demanding compensation from her ex-boyfriend, 38, for stealing her "childbearing years." The woman says she put her career on hold, thinking they would have kids and start a family, just to get dumped. The woman says her ex-boyfriend should be financially responsible for IVF or egg freezing. "He tells me he feels, at 38, as though he still has a decade of enjoying his lifestyle and powering through with his career and is not ready for marriage and children, but he knows it has become a priority for me, so he is off," she said in the Telegraph. "Here I am at 34, eggs twitching, ready for the marriage and parenthood stage of life, but unexpectedly single and emotionally devastated." "I am tipping into the furious phase of the grief cycle because I feel as though he owes me big time and I want him to pay." "Now I feel like these compromises have left me vulnerable, and I am seeking compensation." "Surely he should have some responsibility for helping me mitigate the damage to our plans caused by his change of heart and broken promises?" Video: Fox 5 Atlanta

Despite their frequent use, opioids have limited benefits in managing noncancer pain (seen in figure). For acute musculoskeletal pain, opioids have a small mean effect in reducing pain (a decrease of <10 points on a scale of 0 to 100, with 0 indicating no pain and 100 worst pain) relative to placebo in the first days, have no effect after the first week, and are probably associated with a small increase in pain after 12 weeks. On the basis of evidence with very low to moderate certainty, opioids have no effect on physical function. For chronic noncancer pain, opioids have a small effect on pain reduction relative to placebo in the short-to-medium term (seen in figure) and either a small effect or an effect similar to that with placebo on other clinical outcomes (e.g., physical function and quality of life). The effects of opioids relative to placebo for chronic pain beyond 6 months are unknown. The lack of evidence on the long-term benefits of opioids, the similar effectiveness of opioids and nonopioids on some pain conditions, and the dose-dependent relationship of opioid-related harm together suggest that avoiding long-term opioid use, reducing the opioid dose, or replacing opioids with nonopioid alternatives may reduce the risk of opioid-related harm. Proud dad post - our guy ran a 17:16 5K as a sophomore. He’s ahead of my pace at that age and most importantly, having fun, making friends and taking pride in representing Lenape HS. That’s what it’s all about.

I tried to hold back but something needs to change. How do we miss out on the playoffs at 6-3 with +51 to a team that is 2-7 and -140. At some point winning needs to matter. I am devastated for my players especially my seniors. #winningmatters
