Hey @SouthwestAir. Now flown on 5 flights since assigned seating. Always take rows 4-6 to get extra legroom and always group 1. Have yet to be able to get my bag within 2 rows of me. As A-List Preferred, I would always just go to where there was bin space above me before assigned seating. That isn’t working now if I want a premium seat. Hope you can figure out a fix.

My wife is a nurse at a hospital. They don't accept call offs for weather. They put her up in a hotel so she won't miss her shift tomorrow. She was excited to have some alone time. No pets, kid or husband. She drove into town 2 hours ago and has called me 5 times, so far. 😄
