Right would remain the same all across the country. I can also speak in Kannada, but forcing me to speak in a particular language to express myself is not right. The person should be made to apologise, along with the police officer in civil clothes.

राज्यातील बाजार समित्या आणि व्यापारी बांधवांच्या विविध प्रश्नांवर आज बैठक झाली. राष्ट्रीय नामांकित बाजार अनुषंगानं राज्यस्तरीय बाजारांचा विकास करताना राज्यातल्या शेतकऱ्यांचं हित जपलं गेलं पाहिजे. बाजार समिती सदस्यांच्या अधिकारांचं रक्षण झालं पाहिजे. बाजार समिती सदस्य जनप्रतिनिधींमधून निवडून येतात. ते शेतकऱ्यांचे, समाजातील विविध घटकांचे प्रतिनिधित्व करतात. या सदस्यांचे अधिकार कायम ठेवण्यातच शेतकरी व समाजाचं हित आहे. यातूनच बाजार समित्या अधिक कार्यक्षम, बळकट होतील. राज्यातल्या शेतकऱ्यांच्या शेतमालाला सुरक्षित बाजारपेठ उपलब्ध करून देत शेतकऱ्यांचं हित जपण्याचं, त्यांच्या आर्थिक प्रगतीला हातभार लावण्याचं काम बाजार समित्यांनी सातत्यानं केलं आहे. शेतकऱ्यांच्या हिताचं रक्षण राज्यासाठी सर्वोच्च आहे. केंद्र शासनाच्या कृषी व शेतकरी कल्याण विभागाच्या नवीन २०१७ च्या कायद्यातील तरतूदींनुसार महाराष्ट्र कृषी उत्पन्न पणन (विकास व विनियमन) या १९६३ च्या कायद्यात सुधारणा करुन राष्ट्रीय नामांकित बाजार समिती स्थापन करणं, अस्तित्वात असलेल्या बाजार समितीचं रुपांतर राष्ट्रीय नामांकित बाजार समितीमध्ये करण्याचा प्रस्ताव शासनास सादर करण्यात आला आहे. त्यानुसार राष्ट्रीय बाजार समिती स्थापन झाल्यानंतर शासनाकडून त्या समितीवर नामनिर्देशित व्यक्तींची नियुक्ती होणार आहे. राष्ट्रीय बाजारांच्या अनुषंगानं राज्यस्तरीय बाजारांचा विकास करण्यासंदर्भात बैठकीत चर्चा झाली. शेतकऱ्यांच्या प्रतिनिधिंशी चर्चा करुनच यासंदर्भातील निर्णय घ्यावा, असे निर्देश दिले. व्यापारी वर्गाकडूनही बैठकीत अनेक मुद्दे उपस्थित करण्यात आले. जीएसटी आकारणीत सुसुत्रता, व्यापाऱ्यांना अकारण होणारा त्रास थांबवण्याबाबतही बैठकीत चर्चा झाली. करचुकवेगिरी रोखण्यासाठी जीएसटी वसुली पद्धतीत सुधारणांसंदर्भात व्यापारी संघटनांनी केलेल्या मागण्यांवर सकारात्मक विचार केला जाईल. जीएसटी कौन्सिलच्या आगामी बैठकीत व्यापाऱ्यांच्या मागण्या उपस्थित करुन त्यांच्या अडचणी सोडवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जाईल. उद्योग, व्यापार क्षेत्रातील गुंड-टोळ्यांचा बंदोबस्त करुन सुरक्षित वातावरण निर्माण करण्याच्या सूचना बैठकीत दिल्या.
